i found on release that i was party to a secret federal lawsuit in san francisco no 3;07-cv-06018 and that others in nevada that were concealed from me.
the lead marin county attorney was discovered.shiela shah lichtblau esq who put attorney jack govi up to suing mr sudar mr thomson and myself over a valid ucc judgment lien foled and certified by the secretary of state march 13 2007 against marin county. placer county was a judgment debtor file in april 2005.
mayor jerry brown who assumed the office of ag is a judgment lien creditor and with robert discharoon and marin county officials had me arrested and jailed october 15, 2007
mr thomson was not arrested for the same charge he having made some deal with them to get me and he would destroy the trust and files after my demise.
the fraud fully exposed, placer county refuses to obey a subpoena for the records to my doctor and the court cases being total fraud they are all dismissed.
under order of the court
my mail changed back to knights landing remains stolen and authorities will do nothings to stop it or to mail my embezzled social security checks as demanded.
i am unable to get medical or dental treatment or buy food or pay rent or pay costs to recover my stolen vehicles.
there is yet a concerted effort to kill me and the trust record by all these official crimes.
the 21 page attachment are records of my judgments against the californa and oregon bar association in delaware usdc 1993. and of the corruption of the federal and state courts reach back in my case for 27 years.
i am an instrument of gods judgment having sustained me all that time and every deed will be found to be exposed as good or evil as he promised.
it all began over a lust for my porsche cars by porsche and others in 1980,and crimiminal use of the irs to steal them and put me in prison in 1985.
the john martin skoien theft ring was convicted of felonies in the theft in 1989 and it was covered up till judgment was taken in butte county superior court under judge roger gilbert
and awaits summary judgment after all these years.
