Have you been talking with Bill? Surely after being our former website admin for 3 years you would have to be brain dead not to know all the answers but I will review them to clear the fog.

All the properties were in my name at least 10 years before I met Bill in 2004.
I LISTED them all October 10, 2001 with GERARDA STOCKING IN LIVERMORE. She had many buyers but learned of the Alvin J Hansen ID theft in Petaluma, and concealed it and blocked all sales. ... ..That is what Bill is doing today.
I met Bill through Bills brokers the Mapes Brothers in 2004 when they became Trustees of the Judgment recovering the ID theft Properties. They ran off with $1,004,000.00. Bill took over. He saw our deeds and 1997 JUDICIAL FORECLOSURE DEEDS TO THE WINERY AND PAGE HOME, and opened escrows for Bill to buy several of the trust properties including the Buckley, Richter, and Heidrick Ranches in Yolo County.
On February 23, 2005 Bill's broker Carl Dilores, Coldwell Banker and Chicago Title Roseville, drafted the offer to buy the Kornell Winery my wife and I owned on first deed of trust since 1994 a $40 million value and put in escrow for $25 Million with only $5 million Down
This is 2008, Why is this escrow still open and has not CLOSED?
He also contracted and opened escrow for The Page Home Napa $220,000.00 sane Month Both were reported by Chicago Title as "ALVIN HANSEN UCC JUDICIAL FORECLOSURES IN JUNE 1997." SO THEY WERE ACTUALLY SOLD TO BILL UNDER COURT ORDER. (HE WAS THREATENED BY Napa County and Frank Rhombauer and Chicago Title not Close these sales. )
So the money is there; Just Blocked by Bill.

I also filed/ gave $21 Million UCC Assignments to Bills bank accounts, and he drives new cars pretending to be broke and keeps me without a car and refuses to get back my Motorhome. but wont go to Chicago title to Close these sales.
If as you say "we have to figue out why they are not selling" THEY WERE SOLD, THEY WERE SOLD. And as you say, "without Bill there is no financing" HE IS THE PROBLEM NOT THE SOLUTION
We also have 12 open bank accounts and credit cards under IRS in Pennibanctrust as CFO William Word Had that he is not accounting for.
In December 2005 Pacific Auction Exchange PAXOFCA Keith Daniels Listed all the properties and Bill Ran him off. Is Bill Thomson CEO of Pennibanctrust waiting for me to die ? or Judas?

IT RAISES THE QUESTION WHO HAS AUTHORITY? DOES BILL HAVE A SECRET FORGED POWER OF ATTORNEY OVER ME? DOES HE HAVE A SECRET AGREEMENT WITH DISHAROON AND CHICAGO TITLE? AND DEBTORS MAYBE THAT'S WHY HE WASN'T ARRESTED IN OCTOBER 2007 INSTEAD OF ME?????

Do you know why Bill is blocking sales to the properties? Is there any properties that belong to anyone?
It seems there is not one property that can be legally sold, all we have are judgment liens which anyone can do. Anyone can do a judgment lien on someone's property.??????????They are ILLgally blocked Sergio
Somehow, some way, after all of these years, not one property has sold. We have to figure out why they aren't selling. We have burned through countless organizations, real estate agents, investigators, techs, websites, computers and more. Not one organization, not one person of the many that got involved, have been able to sell 10cents of the land or businesses. If we don't find the root of the problem, how will we sell the land. Also, if you own the land/property, then why couldn't you simply sell it to them???? I AM
Without Bill, there is no financing, however. And without financing, there's not a whole lot that can be done. I do have a domain, but we need to purchase the software to get this done. I will let you borrow one of my domains.

Hello Alvin, there is some software that will allow us to put up a website that can sell the properties, like an online webstore/cart. The software I believe is $180.00 or so without tax. We can get a domain quite cheap, free to be exact for you as I already own the domain, but I do not own the software, which will have to be purchased. That is the first step to selling online without having to pay fees to Ebay and other online auctions.

Your questions are pretty well answered in all the dealings you have had with us. There is always things to learn its all about contacts and communication skills isnt it??? And Honesty. CHICAGO TITLE IS UNDER FEDERAL SUBPOENA FOR ALL BILLS RECORDS.
Some people named Christiansen came along in December and spent time going through the title we have in Napa and Marin Counties and contracted to buy the Homes and winery that Bill has under escrow and must release. Not strangely they saw Bills Perfidy and ran off after talking to Bill.
Richard Sengo, and Allen Heart, and Floyd Smith P.I. were entrusted with a deed to my mothers trust home in Oregon 2 years ago and we believe they and Bill borrowed money on it and refuse to account for it. Last I spoke with Richard he cursed me. Said he was threatened by Disharoon. People will do anything for money even kill each other but they will never tell the truth. Even if it kills them and it is.
You cannot expect to make a profit without work ask a realtor. Knowledge and courage is the key to success. Call me if serious. Hunger makes good workers.

Hello Alvin, I am glad to see that you are doing good! I have been in class I just got back home (class ends at 10 p.m.).
I should be able to help you. But if I am not making any profit I won't be able to because I will be losing money from my regular job.
Are the properties in your name or Bill's name right now?
Are people still living in those properties? Do they need to be evicted?
Any real estate agents/agencies I have to work with?
Do I just call the liquidators and try to sell them the properties or do I just make them aware? I do not have a real estate background so I absolutely will not know what to do when it comes to realty.
