One Week to Save 25 Rabbits!

 http://www.bunsunderthegun.info/
There are 35 rabbits that have lived their whole lives in the small wire cage, and are slated to be killed and sold for meat in just a few weeks. However, the woman who has these buns has agreed to give them up and shut down her bloody trade for good - IF we can find a home for these rabbits. We cannot let this opportunity to save 35 beautiful, innocent rabbits slip out of our grasp!

A great animal sanctuary in Pennsylvania has agreed to build a new enclosure to give these buns a new home, but money is needed to construct it - and time is running out for these buns!

We are already halfway to our goal. PLEASE DON'T LET THESE BUNS BE KILLED! Help us give them a second chance at life, where they can feel the sun on their face, feel the grass beneath their feet, and know freedom at last. Their lives depend on your compassion - please donate!

"Buns Under the Gun" is an emergency rescue project of Hugs for Puppies, a Philadelphia-based 501(c)3 animal advocay and rescue non-profit. To learn more about our regular work for animals, visit us online at: www.HugsForPuppies.org. To contact us for more details on these buns and their situation, or for information on the sanctuary that these buns will - with your support - find new life at, click the links above. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and in addition to the online payment system above, they can be mailed to us at: Hugs for Puppies PO Box 23819 Philadelphia, PA 19104. Not In The Know

Is Portland Animal Defense League associated with Animal Legal Defense Fund? Sorry, but I have never heard of this group. Can you provide some additional information concerning this organization, or maybe it isn't actually a group, rather just a title. Please provide additional information if there is any to share. Thanks
