Wachovia Corporation trading HLS stock

Wachovia Corporation has been the target of animal activists in the past for their close financial relationships with HLS customer Glaxo Smith Kline and former HLS investor Stevens inc.
But now they decided that their hands weren't bloody enough. It was recently leaked that they own 92,600 shares in Huntingdon Life Sciences. An infamous contract animal testing lab which kills approximately 500 animals a day. Since December 22nd, 2006 Huntingdon Life Sciences has been trading stock on newly formed NYSE Arca exchange under the name Life Sciences Research (LSR). Several companies have recently sold their shares in HLS following pressure from animal activists. These companies include Deutsche Bank, Dresdner Bank, and Fairfield Grenwich Associates.

Please contact Wachovia and urge them to stop doing business with puppy killers.

When calling to comment to Wachovia head honchos, the number I tried that was in the article was an office that handles their real estate or something to that effect.

The number for their headquarters is 704-374-6161. The address is PO Box 563966, Charlotte, NC, 28256-3966.
