Sneak Peek at Michael Moore's "SiCKO", focusing on modern "Satanic Mills": U.S. hospitals

Comparing different countries medicine, or rather comparing the drug extortion monopoly complex in the USA versus medical care in other countries. The hospital drug pushers are around 15% of U.S. GNP and are the #1 killer in the USA, far above cancer, far above heart disease, and way far above drug or gun deaths. Yes, U.S. hospitals are the modern industrial "Satanic mills" that are the #1 cause of death in the USA.

Moore is said to have done well at Cannes according to some media I have seen. The film's first screening there was greeted warmly.

As a hot button hook in the film, Moore takes sick and ailing 9-11 respondents that the U.S. has abandoned to die, attempting to get them health care in other countries; the US neocons prefer to keep them sick, and the state criminals hope, soon dead since they are prime witnesses to governmental state terrorism.

USA "Medicine" Is the LEADING CAUSE of Death, instead of Health
author: repost
This is a detailed post from mercola.com, where it is splayed across several pages. I put it in one PDF for ease of transferring out onto the web as one article, as well for ease of email forwarding to others. Download it and read. The PDF includes all weblinks and medical doctors who publish about the 'terminal health care industry' in the United States. If you want a source of the information, weblinks as well as academic citations are published in it as well.

Mercola writes:

"...now it appears that, based on a variety of references noted in the below article, some from prior to 2000 some after, the conventional medical system in fact the LEADING cause of death in this country. Not heart disease, not cancer--doctors. In all fairness, doctors themselves are not to blame for all of this. The entire modern health care system, however, is responsible for allowing, even promoting, so many unnecessary procedures, drugs and mishaps. This illustrates precisely why the system is so desperately in need of change, and why facilitating this change is, and will continue to be, such a substantial portion of my vision."

The New Jerusalem
William Blake

And did those feet in ancient time
Walk upon England's mountains green?
And was the holy Lamb of God
On England's pleasant pastures seen?

And did the Countenance Divine
Shine forth upon our clouded hills?
And was Jerusalem builded here
Among these dark Satanic Mills?

Bring me my bow of burning gold!
Bring me my arrows of desire!
Bring me my spear! O clouds, unfold!
Bring me my charriot of fire!

I will not cease from mental fight,
Nor shall my sword sleep in my hand
Till we have built Jerusalem
In England's green and pleasant land.

socialized medicine one answer 22.May.2007 05:57

didn't watch the trailer, but i do know that demonizing doctors/hospital is oversimplifying the problem. the problem is systemic, arising from corruption caused by the profit motive. the u.s. is the only "industrialized" nation without socialized medicine - and, in my opinion, the worst system. the poor, un/underinsured, minorities, women, and the elderly are especially neglected and preyed upon. there are paid drug company lobbyists making damn sure congress people never consider socialized medicine. the whole thing is criminal!

alternatives include good preventative care, utilizing "complementary" healing modalities (e.g. acupuncture, herbs, prayer, ayurvedic, etc.) and continued efforts to reform the system. check out oregonians for health security activism. on the other hand, next time you are seriously injured or ill, imagine having no hospitals or white-coat physicians....
