i cannot get affidavit number 3 to load. i get an error message that says "Object label badly formatted". Is this problem on IMC's end or mine? Can someone please post this one again.
By the way, I have read the other documents and I think these responses to the Schumachers' shrill complaints are fantastic. Very nicely stated.
Has anyone seen the hilarious right-wing cable access show with the Schumachers' attorneys? It's playing in re-runs on cable access channels 11, 21 and 23. It's good for a few laughs!!
to view Affidavit #3. Might have been a temporary IMC problem. The legal counsel for the defense (teamed with the defendants) has definitely done a fantastic job, very impressive.

In case you can't turn your head sideways enough to read the attachments, it is easy to rotate the document views and enlarge them for easier reading as well. In the Adobe Reader toolbar, just look at the "rotate" icon to the left of the "ABC" icon and click it three times to rotate the page to portrait view. Then, you can go to the icon just to the left of the rotate icon and select the size of print that's best for you.
did it happen? I assume it was the sort of thing where there'd either be a dismissal or the setting of a court date (and if it was the former we'd have heard that by now)
