Katrina and the Rape of an American City

The hurricane blew through and New Orleans was safe. What would happen next has shaken even the most ardent Bush supporter.

Somehow, the levees broke flooding the city up to its rooftops. As Americans extended help of all kinds, Homeland Security blocked aid for 4 days while people drowned. Then a military operation was staged, forcing New Orleans residents, even those on dry ground, to leave the city. Fire arms were systematically confiscated from citizens when they needed the protection most.
For the first time in history, United Nations troops were brought into the United States, and Mexican troops came up from Mexico. What was going on? It would appear that Katrina could have been a pretext for a practice drill in relocating and disarming a large population as well as a pretext to introduce the military and foreign troops to police the population. Was Katrina also used as a New World Order practice drill to remove "undesirables" from the city? Why were Americans treated like criminals and why was the Bill of Rights ignored? Can Americans ever trust Homeland Security again? Why was aid blocked instead of facilitated? These are questions most do not want to think about.
