Here is the government's Sentencing Memorandum. It was a tremendous hassle to download this from PACER because the Feds filed it in about 30 chunks ranging from 2 to 25 pages each. (The document totals about 150 pages.) I stitched it back into one document manually so readers here could see it all at once.
