Organic farmer, gardener and food enthusiast, Andy Parker currently coordinates Portland Community Gardens' new Teen education project:
"Hit the Dirt!". With twelve years of field and classroom experience, Certification in Permaculture Design and a degree in Environmental
Studies and Biology from Lewis & Clark College, Andy brings a broad perspective to teaching the principles and practices of organic
agriculture. He hopes to inspire new and old gardeners grow better food!
