I live in Durango, Colorado, where the majority of the presented video and photography is taken from. Near my home west of Durango, in the middle of town, north of town near Purgatory at Durango Mountain Resort, and even as far south as Albuquerque, New Mexico, and as far west as Bryce Canyon in Utah, are the various locations covered. Most of what is seen will be direct "global warming mitigation," "obscuration," or even "weather modification program" activity. Some video shows obvious air traffic difference, to the proof that not all air traffic is alike and that the weather or even smog is not a factor responsible for the "clouds" coming from airliners. It must be kept in mind that smog cannot be a factor, due to atmosphere layering and the tendency for said aerosol jet spray pollution to occur in some areas and not others, or by some planes and not others, or on some days and not others - regardless of temperature, precipitation, pollution levels, or even wind and air pressure. Science, as well as corporate weather modification outlines, proves these rather common excuses to be incorrect or falsified.

Let me begin by mentioning that most air traffic is regulation - for passengers, cargo, news media, military transport and simulation, or weather and geophysical research and experimentation. "Cloud seeding" is not an effect of altered emissions; normal "contrails" are, on the other hand, post-combusion and post-compression water vapor trails. It must be pointed out that less 40% of current air traffic has aerosol equipment installed or in use, and, that not all similarly appearing airliners can be suspect. However, at witnessing jet emissions and the difference they represent, it is easy to separate the chemical spray "clouds" from contrails. Chemical aerosol trails last for hours and may actually create overcast skies, or layer dense coverage and introduce entire storm systems, depending on the program witnessed, the amount of spraying, and any other involved technology or project plans. Remember, as one will learn in high school, that regular jet emissions are simply compressed water vapor and air swirling about, and that even if it is a cold day on which that vapor can crystallize and linger, it will not do so for hours, and, these regular emissions will not disperse into the typically-seen aerosol-caused fake cirrus cloud or uniform gray layer coverage. If regular air traffic did this, it would have been a national environmental emergency against health regulations a long time ago, and, it would require literally hundreds of normal jets to be creating regular water trails in viewable sky at any moment.

People love to discuss, observe, anticipate, question, and even gamble on the weather. Most people have no idea how it really forms, or the biological and electromagnetic activity that causes it - or that it causes. Depending on color and constitution, all materials of element on Earth reflect, refract, or absorb light energy - heat. Heat rises, cooler air falls, and, refraction, as well as the influence from lunar tides and solar magnetism causes crosswinds. Oceanic waves ensue, micro-algae ride the spray into the air to heights of over 15000 feet, and the changing air pressures move them around until they affix to a cyclotron wave form current in which they gather. Their ionization attracts water vapor to make rain and cool yet another area from the sun. The clouds are alive; and, those cyclotron currents are electromagnetic vortexes that give the power behind creation of tornadoes, hurricanes, and electrical storms that we are all familiar with. This can all be programmed and altered through modern innovation.

Let us assess a timeline from 1946 to present day. We will look at the philosophy, scientific methods, and now active processes of global electromagnetic field manipulation, weather modification, and corporate, as well as military plans, and active protocols, for administration of dust particle-sized super computers capable of nano-tech wireless networking and binary control, within those particle clouds, of weather itself. Unmanned autonomous vehicles, or UAVs, from six-foot wingspans to over one-hundred-foot-wingspans, are paving the way for such technology right now, fly for 24 hours on a programmed course without refueling, and, are controlled by radio frequencies from ground and satellite stations, with constant transfer rates of information hundreds of times faster and more capable than consumer broadband internet services. Onward.

In 1946, General Electric scientists Vincent Schaefer and Irving Langmuir introduced dry ice into a freezer and created the first ever documented artificial "cloud" unto the process they coined as "cloud-seeding." The term is still used today. In the 1950s, the U.S. became aware, through military intelligence, of Soviet cloud seeding and cloud busting during the Cold War. Our Presidential Advisory Committee on Weather Control stated, "this could be more important than even the atom bomb." They were right. The effectiveness of Soviet technology was obvious - they were aiming to remove ice from the Arctic Sea, and it was working well. Now, that ice is nearly gone. During the years between 1949 and 1978, the in-house newspaper at the Navy's China Lake facility, called "The Rocketeer," reported that new weapons research had "developed concepts, techniques, and hardware that were successfully used in hurricane abatement, fog control, and drought relief." This was first demonstrated with crowd dispersal, as silver iodide was used to make rain clouds that stormed out areas of militant defense, and resistant peaceable Buddhist gatherings. View Nam was the game, and the tools were rigged to an America Beechcraft airliner. This was the start of something much larger - Project Popeye.

From 1966 to 1973, this program included over 2600 cloud-seeding flights over the Ho Chi Minh trail between Viet Nam and Laos. Storms, floods, and mudslides were effectively produced to wipe out that trade route. A reported by the last name of Hersch made sure it was on the front page of the NY Times in 1972, and, the CIA bunched up in frustration. Five years later, in 1977, the "Convention on the Publication of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification," or ENMOD, was ratified by the United States. In abstraction, "Each state party to this Convention undertakes not to engage in military or any other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting, or severe effects as the means of destruction, damage, or injury to any other state party." Remember the enthesis on certain key adjective words therein.

Even before this treaty, the states of Colorado, Utah, North Dakota, and Wisconsin all made federal claims that cloud-seeding is not a "trespass," in legal terms, of a person or thing on another's owned property. These states already had a hot degree of motivated interest, actively and monetarily, in the now-popular weather modification sciences. Ground-based silver iodide dispersal systems called "cloud nucleators" can be found strategically planted all over the western United States, because weather modification became covered in the public eye as a resource management and water rights tool for the federal government. In fact, Colorado and Utah, to further secure their decisions, were the first states to immediately claim that weather modification isn't even a non-trespassory "private nuisance" in legal terms, upon anyone's interest in private use and enjoyment of land. These states have been experimenting under many different project and operation names ever since. Popular votes, however, can turn these rusty rulings right over.

There are many names to weather modification programs, as they've existed thus far. Project Popeye, Storm Fury, Florida Area Cumulous Experiment (FACE), Climax Experiments (in CO), Precipitation Enhancement Program, High Plains, Operation Shield (to block sunlight), Project Cloverleaf, Tropospheric Aerosol Program, SOAR (Seeding Operations & Atmospheric Research), Strategic Environment Research and Development Program (SERDP), The Department of Commerce & Department of Reclamation's Bureau of Land Management state-cooperative "Weather Modification Program," and yet others still covered under the 47+ active and further modernized and funded state programs. North Dakota has spawned some of the most intensely funded and laborious research and experimentation in the weather manipulation realm, for many years running. They are even affiliated with Weather Modification, Incorporated - a company which specializes, at FAA approval, with chemicals supplied by Ice Crystal Engineering, in such full-fledged weather making. Liquid propane, silver iodide, and calcium dichloride are only a few. In condition to any weather modification projects, however, Federal Status 15 USC 330 (1971) requires reporting of weather modification to the secretary of commerce. So, if you spy, with your little eye, someone who is not reporting, they're in trouble even before this is all completely revolted against and then outlawed.



The 1990s were a turning point for weather modification programs. In 1992, the term "global warming mitigation" was applied to aerosol chemical particulate dispersion. The light scattering or light altering effects of adding particulate or gaseous elements to the atmosphere gave rise to some new ideas. Hundreds of pages were written up by the Committee on Science, Engineering, and Public Policy; and, many proposals were accepted within the titled "Policy Implications of Greenhouse Warming: Mitigation, Adaptation, and Science Base." One of these accepted and forwarded suggestions, as listed on page 459, was that of adding any applicable "CCN," or "cloud condensation nuclei," as a "feasible and low-cost option capable of being used to mitigate any quantity of CO2 equivalent per year." It is mentioned, "such dust would have a visible effect, particularly on sunsets and sunrises, and would heat the stratosphere at the altitude of the dust." It is interesting to consider the warnings of global climate change and record-high temperature, drought, and low snow pack or rain fall levels that have topped out the charts year after year since the year 2002; and, the related quote in page 460 of said journal, "Sunlight screening systems would not have to be put into practice until shortly before they were needed for mitigation." I believe it stands to reason that these researchers fear the coming changes and wish to fight pollution with more pollution as a temporary remedy.

Making the weather modification guidelines, and experimentation, a National Security issue, capable of being enforced with or without public resistance, similar to Imminent Domain over property rights, the US Air Force took advantage of those ENMOD loophole typos by 1996. They established an extensive objective report I mentioned before, which has since then been funded to the billions of tax-payer dollars, named "Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather by 2025." Booted with the Subcommittee on Environment, Technology, and Standards-passed Weather Modification Operations and Research Board, after 2005, this is the biggest and baddest program of them all. US Department of Defense operations researchers outlined over the ENMOD that any area over a few-hundred kilometers is "widespread," and that "long lasting" means a period of "some" months, and finally, that "effective severity" involves "serious of significant disruption or harm to human life, natural or economic resources, or other assets." More loopholes. In contract with only a handful of corporate entities, for the federal funded hyper-application of this project-in-development, there are detailed descriptions as to what will be done, and references to what is by now already being accomplished.

1) The development and further utilization of already active electromagnetic ionospheric heater systems (transmitting stations) for weather control, Earth penetrating tomography for resource and bunker discovery, communications disruption, psychotronic physiological and psychological manipulation, EM firepower, and light--speed plasma research. (SURA in Scandanavia, EISCAT in Russia, and HAARP in the USA are a few of these ionospheric heater systems in high power gigawatt activity today).

2) The perpetuation of said technologies by modifying the "waveguide," (Earth, air, and water), with dispersed and conductive materials like barium salts, tri-methyl aluminum particles, and liquid propane, that are capable of amplifying or focusing the power of said mechanisms, and that are duly capable of becoming an electromagnetic "entity" to serve as a shield from remote sensing equipment or to activate a remote object with electromagnetic or even cyclotronic commands. This is to say: clouds as weapons and shields, rather, or as hurricanes, tornadoes, biological manipulators, and even as directed precision lightning storms.

3) The manufacture, active programming, and executed control of nanotechnology for weather manipulation. Already, projects involving R.F.I.D. chips have begun to affiliate with corporations that make supercomputers no larger than a grain of sand, out of mono-atomic gold particles. To disperse said wirelessly-networked dust particles int the troposphere is no surprise, given that the program already involves the green-light-given "global warming mitigation" techniques of seeding and dimming the skies with chemical elements, as in Operation Shield, by UAV aircraft such as the Predator, Gulfstream G1, and Bataleur. The controversial "Project Cloverleaf" is part of this, and excuses "fly," so-to-speak.

"Obscuration" has been a term used in relation to weather warfare since the Gulf War, by the US military that we citizens own and control. This refers to the application of dense aerosol chemicals into the air in order to "obscure" overhead air traffic from being seen by either man or machine. Radar cannot even pick up on what is above or below sandwiched cloud cover that has been made electromagnetically resonant with remote antennae, or onboard destructive AESA radar gun technology. Aerosol "cloud" cover can even be transformed into uniform cirrus patterns by way of air induction, or EM transmissions from ground, air, or satellite sources. This was mentioned in "Owning the Weather by 2025," and is fully active. From a military progress flyer: (quote) "Consider that all branches of the military currently deploy UAVs with sophisticated SIGINT, COMINT, C4I, EW and ADP (Air-Delivered Payloads) capabilities.[33]. The U.S. Army Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (TUAV) and the U.S. Air Force Global Hawk and Predator UAVs saw significant operational deployment in the war on Afghanistan, and they are part of a major array of weapons-bearing UAV-type systems slated to deploy various payloads sporting weather warfare technologies.[34] Predator was also deployed over Bosnia." (end quote).

Along with those UAVs, Hercules C130s, KC-135Rs, KC-10s, computer-controlled Boeing-stylized jets, Hughes Aircraft Gulfstream G1s, Lear jets, and Beechcraft airliners from the King Air series to much larger jets... have all been known for use in aerosol spraying activities. The new 2006 Evergreen Supertanker, with a dispersion-controlled 20,000 gallon liquid cargo capacity, is now scheduled for use in weather modification projects, after publicized proposal for such applications. Thousands of gallons of the bio-toxic chemical DiEthylene Bromide (ethyl dibromide), under the name of "DiBrom," has been used as a pesticide to kill off virulent mosquitos and birds, without warning to US citizens from the US Air Force, and, this has been done over thousands of square miles of city, water, mountain, plain, and agricultural farming landscapes, all by the 910th Airlift Wing of the US Air Force. Numerous bird and butterfly deaths, as well as strange insect acclimation or migration patterns have been witnessed now - especially over Texas, New Mexico, and California. Other coastal states bear equal witness. Agricultural deformations also bear witness.

Quoted as "relatively harmless" to health or to the environment, the only chemical that media spinners will own up to is silver iodide. Although not as deadly as a pesticide, this material is capable of killing bacteria, mold, fungus, algae, and pollen spores - all of which are the basis and very center of regular raindrops. The MSDS on silver iodide speaks of hospitalization under the conditions of exposure or inhalation, yet it is continually used unchecked. Nasa has mentioned barium salts and trimethyl aluminum used for ionospheric heating and testing programs recently, and these are included in the aerosol program outlines as light-scattering, overcast-creating, conductivity-increasing chemicals. They are very toxic, and, there are yet more: tin, pyrenone-25-5, potassium salts, synthetic glycerol monostearates, dermatitis and pulmonary disorder-related synthetic microfibers, and even genetically modified mycoplasmas (like DNA-programmable molds and viruses). Each have their specific traits for weather modification, electromagnetic frequency amplifying conductivity, and even biological warfare. "Test subject" has been a military-whispered phrase for hundreds of years now, well beyond disease-stained sheets or controlled Plague breakouts.

More touching, in today's world, are the terms "Gulf War Syndrome," "Seasonal Affective Disorder," and the ever-increasing epidemic of random flu-like symptoms, asthmas, or intense allergies of "unknown" origins. These have been on the rise since the propagation of the higher federal and corporate weather modification programs such as those run by the conglomerate Raytheon, the fourth largest military weapons R&D contractor, and mission operator, in the world.

With the passing of the 109th Congress' S.517: "Weather Modification Research & Development Policy Authorization Act of 2005," through the Congress-referred transfer of such a plan, on "fast-track" response, to the Subcommittee on Environment, Technology, and Standards, it was not long before the requested project and federal entity was made active. On October 1st, 2005, the Weather Modification Operations and Research Board was established and empowered with a council of representative members from corporations such as the Department of Commerce and the ever-trusted weather-reporting agency NOAA (National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration). House Bill 06-1313 (02/13/ 2007), the Weather Modification Program, grants weather modification-curious states, out of millions of dollars worth of equally apportioned funds, up to one hundred thousand dollars each fiscal year to use in cooperation with the federal programs. Colorado, for example, received $75,000 from the military endowed-and-financed Department of Interior. It went through Department of Commerce, the US Bureau of Reclamation, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, and then Colorado State University. The company Western Weather Consultants eagerly picked up the work and materials contract with their Atmospheric Sciences Department to install ground-based silver iodide "CCN" generators throughout the state. This was all done despite one science team's outcry from Boulder, Colorado, concerning the 30% less rainfall the Rocky Mountains alone experience all due to pollutants. Unnaturally exhausted chemicals of any sort are considered pollutants, and carcinogens, irrelevant to their rationally purported "relatively safe" biological properties.

Before a staff writer for the Durango Herald, Jennifer Kostka, wrote an article called "Scientists Dismiss Chemtrail Theories," in 2002, much proof had already been laid on the table for those willing to hunt it down. This writer, however, was still media-spun by Paul Newman of the Atmospheric Chemistry and Dynamics branch of NASA, as well as Charles Knight, a senior scientist at the National Center for Atmospheric Research at Boulder, Colorado. In fact, quite plainly for all to see, was the 107th Congress' issued Bill 2977: "The Space Preservation Act of 2001." This was one year before her article, and it included "A world agreement treaty permanently banning space-based weapons." Included in that list of weapons are:
1) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons.
2) chemtrails (jet-sprayed atmospheric aerosol chemicals)
3) high-altitude, VLF weapons systems.
4) plasma, EM, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons systems.
5) laser weapons systems.
6) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons systems.
7) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons systems.

Not only was this initial Bill completely ignored in counsel; it was also disregarded, out-ruled, and finally declined by military and corporate research companies involved, in all 4 subsequent yearly admissions of the Bill through 2005. It has not been submitted since, due to the exhaustion of civilian resources other than commanding and forcing a federal court petition against the US government for redress of grievances against such atrocities.

As part of the various military-mandated science committee decisions to go through with weather modification and weather warfare technologies, keeping these aerosols going is a prime directive. These deadly gas and chemical sprays are required for the facilitation of the US military's ambitious programs, and money has already been exorbitantly spent. As media spinners won't admit to, these "chemtrails" are deposited with onboard equipment rather than through the fuselage. Thus, without public research of said facts, aerosols go on dispersed with confusion as to their origin or if they really exist - due to crafty wordsmithing. This is a perfect situation for a militaristic Department of Interior that would turn down a "Space Preservation Act" of peaceable global treaty. However, on terms of the proof available already, and about pre-mentioned remote electromagnetism transmission sites for weaponry, weather-control, and communications disruption... let me name names in Commerce-ally funded relation to such a US Department: Bernard Eastlund and Eastlund Scientific, Raytheon, and the Department of Defense. There are many weather modification agencies out there, but hardly one other than these three affiliated corporations who also happen to own the biggest electromagnetic weapon in the world. Weather and electromagnetism are hand-in-hand with the future of the Strategic Defense Initiative.

Through Moscow Interfax, August 8th, 2002: "The Russian State Duma expressed concern about the United States Highly Active Auroral Research Program (H.A.A.R.P.). capabilities and activities." They demanded an international ban on such weaponry, involved 90 signing deputies of office, and sent the appeal to President Vladmir Putin, as well as the United Nations, news media, scientific public, and leaders of other United Nations countries. This too, obviously, was shut down and made to disappear. The HAARP is the new purpose of chemical aerosol spraying, beyond simple "cloud seeding." The HAARP facility in Gakona, Alaska, is what caused the "nuclear" blast in that beautiful land during a weapons test. It was done with radio waves and charged atmospheric particles, and because it was done with high powered radio waves, it has presented no trace, and no fallout. Only 48 of its now 180 antenna were used to accomplish this task. This mechanism of war is also the outlined electromagnetic weather control, 3D holographic "resource" Earth-penetrating radar facility, psychotronic device (for mental or bodily manipulation, confusion, obstruction, and damage), and also cloud-radiating EM transmitter from the US military's "Owning the Weather by 2025" planning. It is now supplied, in corporate secrecy, with near gigawatts of electrical power, and, being the most powerful electromagnetic Tesla Magnifier device on the planet, can heat the ionosphere above 30,000 feet to all the way to 350km with its effective array of 180 transmitter antennae, in order to magnify that energy output, off of our atmospheric shield, by 1000 times the input power and amplitude. That's the "Force Multiplier," from documentation, presented in grim actuality.

The HAARP can transmit, in dangerously high amplitudes, from one cycle per second (brain wave frequencies) all the way through radio and even X-ray frequencies, and it does so with enough energy to alter the shape, temperature, activity, and stability levels of our critical, solar wind-shielding, and atmosphere-retaining magnetosphere (like a bio-dome). It can therefore create any part of the electromagnetic spectrum any biological being can witness - like sound, shape, heat, color, vibration, emotion, and beyond. Use of the HAARP can go so far as to create seismic activity, tidal waves, and electrical storms. There is a patent list at my website, as well as observations into recent storm, sunspot, migratory, and immune system effects during the use of HAARPs immense power. That the HAARP manifests these changes by direct efforts, or as a byproduct of its usage, remains to be admitted, apologized for, or remedied, in open honesty.

Bernard Eastlund, the inventor of the also outlandish "fusion torch," patented this HAARP antenna device, and related other projects and designs, in the early 1990s. An eager US military, through the now-obscure post-Star Wars space weaponry program called the Strategic Defense Initiative, wanted complete operative command of such a powerful machine. Raytheon Corporation, the world's fourth largest military weapons command, fabrication, and contracted operations facilitator, bought the HAARP patent after only a short time, effectively placing the US Air Force and US Navy in the power seat without labeling them so. Raytheon is the same corporation, at a standoff with Northrop Grumman, who runs the US Air Force's federal jetliner aerosol programs for military radar-weapons conductivity enhancement, which is openly stated as "global warming mitigation." Raytheon also owns General Dynamics, the number one military UAV industry and deployment corporation capable of, and now actively crafting for millions of dollars, fully technological remote-controlled and wirelessly networked ground-water-and-air military forces wielding electromagnetic weaponry and long-distance surveillance systems.

Aside from being co-management, with other corporate political military entities of the UKUSA group, of the ECHELON base, the world's biggest global on-demand electronic invasion surveillance system situated in Europe, Raytheon runs bomb experimentation, laser weapon creation, and now actually reports the weather for NOAA through Raytheon Information Services' AWIPS (Advanced Weather Information Processing System) computers, in direct link with their UAV weather modification units and radar weaponry systems programs. NOAA gave them over $300 million for this currently active, 10-year project. Thus, weather reporting, for businesses and scientific organizations everywhere, is custom-tailored for publishing as the Department of Defense manipulates it to be through their various programs. The JET (Joint Environmental Toolkit) programs earned Raytheon over 10 billion dollars by 2006, awarded by the US military for Raytheon's technological craftwork to be used by the Air Force Weather Weapon System; however, with 2005 annual profits at only 2.5 billion, and 2006' annual profits exceeding 22 billion, Raytheon is suspect for many black operations funding sources from the Department of Defense and Department of Commerce.

As amusing as this all may seem, it is incredibly dangerous, risky, and ignorant of professional and public outcry; and, such devices and programs cannot be discounted from the candidacy for the term "crimes against humanity." The world is watching, and yet those within the borders of the United States are not aware of what other countries know, because the in-house media is so maliciously held under the knife, to silence, by our own Department of Defense, for fear of a revolutionary uprising against such terrors. At least NBC4 stepped up about the issues of aerosol application - the story of Cedar Glen in California was ripe with proof of health and environmental problems, and the stress of oppressed public concern. Illnesses have been showing up consistently, during and after aerosol operations, in residents, pets, and even plants of agricultural and forestland, let alone aquatic life. Barium, aluminum, and other chemical deposits have been discovered by local professionals, to be in the soil and water supplies; and, said findings are far over EPA safety exposure limits. Children have been sick more often, adults are not showing up to work as much, and airport officials have nothing to say about the "clouds" that jets leave behind, other than the common "pollen cloud" or "regional haze" media spin excuses. Eye infections, nosebleeds, skin sores, and weakened metabolisms abound. This is a huge issue for anyone living, that is concerned with bio-toxins being spread overhead, capable of causing death, actually causing documented sicknesses, and, wrecking crops and biologically diverse water supplies all in the name of weather modification.

A mass coalition against these acts of intra-national terrorism, by US military, on US citizens and the free lands, is being formed in quickening pace and force. California, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Texas, and the Great Lakes States are all aware and kicking.

From the aerosol-polluting blockage of natural light waves that are fundamentally required for use of our sustainable solar energy devices, let alone the energy by which trees and flowers grow and give us air to breathe, to the theft of river-like water vapor currents in the upper atmosphere from their normal flow course, we've also seen intensely unnatural weather patterns, and totally off-schedule and frighteningly-frequent solar "holes" that blast Earth directly with X-rays on occasions when HAARP is irresponsibly active... and the guilty program managers that ignorantly fire plasma rockets into our atmosphere to increase the medium with which HAARP transmits power, during these solar phases, regardless of the unnatural drama caused. There are reduced phytoplankton in the oceans due to chemical pollution bleaching, a correlative huge decline in micro-algae that create normal clouds, "mycoplasma"-related deaths in animals and plants and people, magnetosphere alterations and weather modifications causing migratory upset in fish, insects, and mammal life, power grid knockouts during strong HAARP activity, bird and butterfly deaths in heavy aerosol areas like Texas, California, New Mexico, and Colorado, and, more accounts of chronic "tinnitus" (ringing in the ears) by those who are considered "sensitive" to electromagnetic pollution. Seemingly imperceptible to those who are not sensitive to such weather and electromagnetism, ULF and VLF transmissions from jet weaponry and the HAARP do, however, pose a psychological health risk because they actually alter human brain and body frequencies. This is considered to be "psychotronic weaponry" by our military. You might not know your attitude or energy levels were being changed by an outside source. Officials might not even know that they're causing those changes in you with this powerful war-and-weather machine. And, if your metabolism has suffered recently, you might have that sky-high chemical spray to blame. Think radiation treatment in regards to the HAARP, and DDT in regards to those aerosol sprays.

You should see by now that this current environmental manipulation, by way of electromagnetic and weather modification programs, is not to be taken lightly. The effects are toxic, and they are spreading out into the whole system of planetary life. Other countries are ready to sign the global Space Preservation Act treaty and ban such horrors as ionospheric heaters and aerosol programs. Aren't we? Or are we asking for this ongoing exercise of vulgarity, war games, and death? Is it any real wonder why the USA pulled out of the Kyoto conference? We have to pollute the air with aerosols and microwave radiation to carry on our military and "global warming mitigation" programs. Last I checked, everybody but the presidency, congress, and Department of Defense under the Department of the Interior, wants this all to stop (they own the world resource-sponging Department of Energy). And, last I checked, everybody is willing and able to make the full change to sustainable energy. We own this government. That includes the Departments of Energy, Commerce, and Defense. We will be lulled into complacency no more.
Let's make the Senate and Congress enact this treaty and stop destroying our health and our beautiful American wilderness, let alone the entire atmosphere!

It's easy to fix, and it's coming to a head. As committees have been working diligently to make things right, and to reverse the policies on such environmental and biological control methods, from international dispute resolutions to environmentalist organizational petitions to federal courts, the hospitals and news media aren't the only ones with fists shaking. Find the laws that have put environmental modification practices into play. Kill those laws with all your might. Join the ban. Name the Weather Modification Operations and Research Board to be entirely composed of guilty criminals against humanity. Contact local awareness groups to see what you can do. Pass flyers. Expose and destruct state programs. Organize university educational teams, create websites and petitioning panels, and call radio stations to get on the air during heavy spray days so that all can see. Take pictures and video footage to send it all off towards investigation bureaus, the EPA, the US Department of Health and Human Services, your representatives, senators, and your congressmen. Then, with times and names recorded, use your power of citezenship to write to news media and get it all on paper and TV. Lodge complaints to the FAA and NOAA. Let them know that we know. Tell them, "or else." Report to your City Hall officials, and then to your local Health Services personnel. Use your imagination to stop what you can see. If you reveal those companies and agents and projects responsible, you take away the infamous "they" of conspiracy theories and become a light and a shield for the people. Don't sit around and complain about it all - give it back to them tenfold with your abundant resources and your constitutional rights to stomp such injustice, destruction, and grievances.

Airline Mechanic stumbles upon chemical spraying unit.

For reasons you will understand as you read this I can not divulge my identity. I am an aircraft mechanic for a major airline. I work at one of our maintenance bases located at a large airport. I have discovered some information that I think you will find important.
First I should tell you something about the "pecking order" among mechanics. It is important to my story and to the cause to which you have dedicated yourself.
Mechanics want to work on three things. The avionics, the engines, or the flight controls. The mechanics that work on these systems are considered at the top of the "pecking order". Next come the mechanics that work on the hydraulics and air conditioning systems. Then come the ones who work on the galley and other non-essential systems. But at the very bottom of the list are the mechanics that work on the waste disposal systems. No mechanic wants to work on the pumps, tanks, and pipes that are used to store the waste from the lavatories. But at every airport where I have worked there are always 2 or 3 mechanics that volunteer to work on the lavatory systems.
The other mechanics are happy to let them do it. Because of this you will have only 2 or 3 mechanics that work on these systems at any one airport. No one pays much attention to these guys and no mechanic socializes with another mechanic who only works on the waste systems. In fact I had never thought much about this situation until last month.
Like most airlines we have reciprocal agreements with the other airlines that fly into this airport. If they have a problem with a plane one of our mechanics will take care of it. Likewise if one of our planes has a problem at an airport where the other airline has a maintenance base, they will fix our plane.
One day last month I was called out from our base to work on a plane for another airline. When I got the call the dispatcher did not know what the problem was. When I got to the plane I found out that the problem was in waste the disposal system. There was nothing for me to do but to crawl in and fix the problem. When I got into the bay I realized that something was not right. There were more tanks, pumps, and pipes then should have been there. At first I assumed that the system had been changed. It had been 10 years since I had worked on one. As I tried to find the problem I quickly realized the extra piping and tanks were not connected to the waste disposal system. I had just discovered this when another mechanic from my company showed up. It was one of the mechanics who usually works on these systems. I happily turned the job over to him. As I was leaving I asked him about the extra equipment. He told me to "worry about my end of the plane and let him worry about his!"
The next day I was on the company computer to look up a wiring schematic. While I was there I decided to look up the extra equipment I had found. To my amazement the manuals did not show any of the extra equipment I had seen with my own eyes the day before. I even tied in to the manufacturer files and still found nothing. Now I was really determined to find out what that equipment did.
The next week we had three of our planes in our main hanger for periodic inspection. There are mechanics crawling all over a plane during these inspections. I had just finished my shift and I decided to have a look at the waste system on one of our planes. With all the mechanics around I figured that no one would notice an extra one on the plane. Sure enough, the plane I choose had the extra equipment!
I began to trace the system of pipes, pumps, and tanks. I found what appeared to be the control unit for the system. It was a standard looking avionics control box but it had no markings of any kind. I could trace the control wires from the box to the pumps and valves but there were no control circuits coming into the unit. The only wires coming into the unit was a power connection to the aircraft's main power bus.
The system had 1 large and 2 smaller tanks. It was hard to tell in the cramped compartment but it looked like the large tank could hold 50 gallons. The tanks were connected to a fill and drain valve that passed through the fuselage just behind the drain valve for the waste system. When I had a chance to look for this connection under the plane I found it cunningly hidden behind a panel under the panel used to access the waste drain.
I began to trace the piping from the pumps. These pipes lead to a network of small pipes that ended in the trailing edges of the wings and horizontal stabilizers. If you look closely at the wings of a large airplane you will see a set of wires, about the size of your finger, extending from the trailing edge of the wing surfaces. These are the static discharge wicks. They are used to dissipate the static electric charge that builds up on a plane in flight. I discovered that the pipes from this mystery system lead to every 1 out of 3 of these static discharge wicks. These wicks had been "hollowed out" to allow whatever flows through these pipes to be discharged through these fake wicks.
It was while I was on the wing that one of the managers spotted me. He ordered me out of the hanger telling me that my shift was over and I had not been authorized any overtime.
The next couple of days were very busy and I had no time to continue my investigation. Late one afternoon, two days after my discovery, I was called to replace an engine temperature sensor on a plane due to take off in two hours. I finished the job and turned in the paperwork.
About 30 minutes later I was paged to see the General Manager. When I went in his office I found that our union rep and two others who I did not know were waiting on me. He told me that a serious problem had been discovered. He said that I was being written up and suspended for turning in false paperwork. He handed me a disciplinary form stating that I had turned in false paperwork on the engine temperature sensor I had installed a few hours before. I was floored and began to protest. I told them that this was ridiculous and that I had done this work. The union rep spoke up then and recommended that we take a look at the plane and see if we could straighten it all out. It was at this time that I asked who the other two men were. The GM told me that they were airline safety inspectors but would not give me their name.
We proceeded to the plane, which should have been in the air but was parked on our maintenance ramp. We opened the engine cowling and the union rep pulled the sensor. He checked the serial number and told everyone that it was the old instrument. We then went to the parts bay and went back into the racks. The union rep checked my report and pulled from the rack a sealed box. He opened the box and pulled out the engine temperature sensor with the serial number of the one I had installed. I was told that I was suspended for a week without pay and to leave immediately.
I sat at home the first day of my suspension wondering what the hell had happened to me. That evening I received a phone call. The voice told me "Now you know what happens to mechanics who poke around in things they shouldn't. The next time you start working on systems that are no concern of yours you will lose your job! As it is I'm feeling generous, I believe that you'll be able to go back to work soon" CLICK. Again I had to pick myself from off the floor. I made the connection that what had happened was directly connected to my tracing the mysterious piping. The next morning the General Manager called me. He said that due to my past excellent employment record that the suspension had been reduced to one day and that I should report back to work immediately. The only thing I could think of was what are they trying to hide and who are THEY!
That day at work went by as if nothing had happened. None of the other mechanics mentioned the suspension and my union rep told me not to talk about it. That night I logged onto the Internet to try to find some answers. I don't remember now how I got there but I came across a site dealing with chemtrails. That's when it all came together. But the next morning at work I found a note inside my locked locker. It said, "Curiosity killed the cat. Don't be looking at Internet sites that are no concern of yours."
Well that's it. THEY are watching me.
Well you already know what they are doing. I don't know what they are spraying but I can tell you how they are doing it. I figure they are using the "honey trucks". These are the trucks that empty the waste from the lavatory waste tanks. The airports usually contract out this job and nobody goes near these trucks. Who wants to stand next to a truck full of sh--. While these guys are emptying the waste tanks they are filling the tanks of the spray system. They know the planes flight path so they probably program the control unit to start spraying some amount of time after the plane reaches a certain altitude. The spray nozzles in the fake static wicks are so small that no one in the plane would see a thing.

AN AIRLINE MANAGER'S STATEMENT

Mr. Carnicom:

I read the email you received from the anonymous mechanic and felt compelled to respond to it. I, too, work for an airline, though I work in upper management levels. I will not say which airline, what city I am located, nor what office I work for, for obvious reasons. I wish I could document everything I am about to relate to you, but to do so is next to impossible and would result in possible physical harm to me. The email from the anonymous mechanic rings true. Airline companies in America have been participating in something called Project Cloverleaf for a few years now. The earliest date anyone remembers being briefed on it is 1998. I was briefed on it in 1999. The few airline employees who were briefed on Project Cloverleaf were all made to undergo background checks, and before we were briefed on it we were made to sign non-disclosure agreements, which basically state that if we tell anyone what we know we could be imprisoned.

About twenty employees in our office were briefed along with my by two officials from some government agency. They didn't tell us which one. They told us that the government was going to pay our airline, along with others, to release special chemicals from commercial aircraft. When asked what the chemicals were and why we were going to spray them, they told us that information was given on a need-to-know basis and we weren't cleared for it. They then went on to state that the chemicals were harmless, but the program was of such importance that it needed to be done at all costs. When we asked them why didn't they just rig military aircraft to spray these chemicals, they stated that there weren't enough military aircraft available to release chemicals on such a large basis as needs to be done. That's why Project Cloverleaf was initiated, to allow commercial airlines to assist in releasing these chemicals into the atmosphere. Then someone asked why all the secrecy was needed. The government reps then stated that if the general public knew that the aircraft they were flying on were releasing chemicals into the air, environmentalist groups would raise hell and demand the spraying stop. Someone asked one of the G-men then if the chemicals are harmless, why not tell the public what the chemicals are and why we are spraying them? He seemed perturbed at this question and told us in a tone of authority that the public doesn't need to know what's going on, but that this program is in their best interests. He also stated that we should not tell anyone, nor ask any more questions about it. With that, the briefing was over.

All documents in our office pertaining to Project Cloverleaf are kept in locked safes. Nobody is allowed to take these documents out of the office. Very few employees are allowed access to these documents, and they remain tight-lipped about what the documents say.
Mr. Carnicom, I am no fool. I know there's something going on. And frankly, I am scared. I feel a high level of guilt that I have been aware of this kind of operation but unable to tell anyone. It's been eating away at me, knowing that the company I work for may be poisoning the American people. I hope this letter will open some eyes to what's happening.

Again, I wish I could give you documented information, but you have to understand why I must remain totally anonymous.
