It was a great event. Very compelling and convincing for the need to investigate the White House for actions that might warrant (indeed necessitate) following through with the impeachment process.

Does it only take one state to force congress to investigate, or is there a certain number of states that are needed? I know many states have initiated this kind of legislation. Is Washington ahead of the pack?

One state legislature can initiate. Other states are in process. Washington & New Mexico are furthest along.
