I'm sending in my envelope and enough cash to cover the costs plus a little because diversity of opinion is the only strength that will keep the common heads from fixating static on some other even more foolish idea, like a War on Terror.

It's too common in our society that ideas are characterized as off-the-wall, which is what they're going to spin and float first about the impeachment movement, which instead should be a first step toward sending a lot of these war criminals off to the Hague for trial and ultimately a public hanging. We need more diversity of opinion, not less.

If anyone here can imagine, I find resistance to the moral imperative:

The moral imperative of life is, to live a life that detracts not at all from the experience others will have when they come into this world to replace us. Diversity is part of our experience. This philosophic moral imperative can be directly derived from the cogito.

As well as to Robertson's Law:

No matter the problem, no matter the solution, if it's an exclusively empirical solution applied to the real world, the resulting biproducts of the processes of empirical reason will give rise to problems tenfold that of the original problem.

Honestly the reason we value truth so highly, is as Twain said, because we have so little chance to brush up against it.

Thanks to the wonderful folks in Oregon for doing this.

I am posting this on message boards and also circulating it to my activists e-list.

(The Peace sign is an Internationally recognized symbol for peace, it's a great idea.)

Yard Signs 17.Nov.2006 23:12

Jeff jeffery28205@yahoo.com

I've purchased an "Impeach Bush" yard sign but had it stolen. Does anyone know where I can purchase one with short delivery time. The one I purchased took well over a month to be delivered. I wish to replace it quickly.

Impeach over Iraq (and the coming wars) 18.Nov.2006 05:33

Now that the Democrats won, it is time to Impeach for the gov't rountinely violating our Constitutional rights. They violate the 1st Amendment by caging demonstrators and banning books like "America Deceived" from Amazon. They violate the 2nd Amendment by confiscating guns during Katrina. They violate the 4th Amendment by conducting warrant-less wiretaps. They violate the 5th and 6th Amendment by suspending habeas corpus. They violate the 8th Amendment by torturing. They violate the entire Constitution by starting 2 illegal wars based on lies and on behalf of a foriegn gov't. Fix up that, impeach him and while you are at it, investigate 9/11 a bit more thoroughly. Or we'll impeach you next election. Support indy media. Last link (unless Google Books caves to the gov't and drops the title): America Deceived(book)

Stand Up America 15.Aug.2007 13:12

Jane Cassidy jgcvera@gmail.com

Re: Stand Up America Dear America, The Republican National Committee runs this country, inasmuch as we have allowed them to dominated the very language we speak, the very language they so desperately and ridiculously try to exploit politically as a wedge issue, weakly and spinelessly trying to divide Americans. The RNC manipulates the English language to such an extent that our language is contaminated. Republicans have replaced our language with republican-biased phraseology, such as, "tax relief," and "death tax," among others. The RNC even promotes a cute little nick name for itself: "GOP." Through their mono-tonal, flat effect, through their very nazi-like efficiency people such as Rove himself, Cheney, Grover Norquist, Douglas Fifth (sp.?), along with the many other unelected lobbyists and individuals who have always worked for Bush and others. Bush and Cheney are simply the front guys. Americans are manipulated into speaking republican-speak, that this republican corruption of American English is almost beyond help. Example: "War on Terror." What a nonsensical phrase. Bush is unfamiliar with our constitution and yet he uses (or tries to pronounce) words like, "liberty" and "freedom." He knows neither. Americans know that when we abrogate the constitution, that we have weakened ourselves. Any American, of any political persuasion, WOULD NOT continue to allow this MULARKEY. Good Republicans and Democrats and all Americans would not allow it either, but they are not in charge. This mutant group of, "Neocons" is in charge. Americans, we must wake up. Unlike the beliefs of Mr. Rove, we must not continue to allow one party to dominate our beautiful country. That idea of Karl Rove's, the concept of a "permanent Republican majority" is antithetical to our democracy or any democracy. As Karl Rove sails off into a life on the poisonous neocon lecture and book circuit in his futile attempts to rewrite and rehab Bush;let us re-read President John Kennedy's book, "While American Slept" and remember to stand up for America in a truly bi-partisan way. Wake up and stand up America! Sincerely, Jane Cassidy - Vera San Diego CA
