strange ERROR message

Someone's been working on the server and has given a directory the wrong access permissions.

But the problem is actually that the site you want is:

 http://www.internationalanswer.org/

if you had entered google search with "internationalanswer.org", the 403 error would never appear, but the homepage for International A.N.S.W.E.R. would.

Canned system error messages are inscruitable--a vague, brief expression is usually used to cover a variety of failures. They have all the mystery of oracular utterances--woo! woo!
