August 15 - 9:30am Motion hearing on surviellance (a motion has been filed for prosecution to release discovery from surveillance which the US Atty has failed to fork over)in front of Judge Aiken for 4 noncooperating defs.- Yes, this is on the same day as Jeff Hogg's Grumbles hearing (at 11 am), at the same courthouse.
