I want to thank everyone who joined me out at ONPRC these last seven weeks, and more importantly, I know the animals thank you too. Every small or large thing that we do is part of the process of change, there is no waiting involved.

Clark, can you share with us some of the experiences that you had at ORPRC.

I too would like to hear more 27.Jun.2006 03:11

Perhaps you could write up about how things have been going. It could help get others to take interest and get involved.

Thanks for your interest. Here's how it went, I showed up, others joined me, we held signs protesting the abuse of the animals, we went home. If the suffering of millions of animals doesn't capture others interest and make people want to get involved, I doubt my adventures will.
My advice is start a vigil/protest of your own, and change reality.

"If the suffering of millions of animals doesn't capture others interest and make people want to get involved..."
But that's the problem Clark, people know that animals are suffering. That alone does not make them care enough to change or get involved. There has to be more. Demos are one piece to an enormous puzzle. The fact that people are asking you to share your experiences is evidence that there are many out there who truly want to get involved or make a change, but they need information, inspiration, role models, mentors, etc. Not every person is going to simply pick up a sign and stand alone on a corner.

i was at the vigil for two sundays ---- there are people who care and them seeing us there might give more people courage to speak up for their and know there are others who offer suport.
