Support Rubios & "Stick It" to Sandy Police

The Rubios refuse to let the mysterious disappearance and death of Carlos be swept under the carpet. Their website now offers an innovative way for others to show their support. Let's help the Rubios "stick it" to corrupt Sandy police.
Kudos to the Rubio family for refusing to let the mysterious disappearance and death of Carlos be swept under the carpet by corrupt local police. Mr. Rubio has been bravely waging a one-man protest in Sandy since his son disappeared last June.

Regular readers of Indy are probably familiar with the harassment and other civil rights violations Mr. Rubio has suffered at the hands of Sandy police because of his protests. Here's some links:  http://portland.indymedia.org/en/2005/12/329720.shtml

The Rubios have also recently put a website on-line:  http://www.carlosrubio.org/

It is much appreciated by those of us who'd like to get the facts from the family rather than from the spinmeisters in the MSM.

I just revisted their website and found they're now offering an innovative way for others to show their support. Check it out here:  http://www.cafepress.com/carlosrubio.49916452

It's called "Postage Pal":

Postage Pal™ Description

Self-adhesive
One sheet features 20 single images
2 pt black square frame (surrounding framed area)
1.2" x 1.2" image size (the size of your design area)
2.4" x 1.4" Postage Pal™ size (Postage Pal™ left side/size
2.55" x 1.55" sticker size (Size of entire sticker)

Now I don't know if I'd put these on my mail, but I think it's be great if they started showing up all over Sandy...

They've actually got a whole raft of stuff emblazoned with this saying - T-shirts, caps, coffee cups, bumper stickers - even thong undies! There's also another slogan they're offering too - which is somewhat cryptic - but nonetheless, interesting.

This is awesome, maybe we can wear this stuff and march in the Mountain Days parade - right behind Chief Skelton!

Way to go Rubios! We're behind you.
