Return the Bill of Rights to ALL, Call Wyden, reverse his habeus vote

Call Wyden (800-270-0309 capitol switchboard) tell him he can undo his horrible vote to strip people of their rights. Tell him to support the Bingham ammendment on monday. If he does this, at least can make sure he doesn't actually violate the constitution.
Call Wyden (800-270-0309 capitol switchboard) tell him he can undo his horrible vote to strip people of their rights. Tell him to support the Bingham ammendment on monday. If he does this, at least can make sure he doesn't actually violate the constitution.

Since he allready voted to strip US prisoners at Guantanamo of their right to demand to be charged or released, he has shown us what he is capable of. But he can prevent the harm he is about to cause by supporting the Bingham ammendment to the defense appropriations bill. The Bingham ammendment would remove the language from the Grahm ammendment (Wyden supported) that striped Guantanamo prisoners of their right to be charged with a crime or released. The Supreme Court recent ruled against the current administration that the prisoners do infact have this right.

Like wyden, hate wyden, ambivilant about wyden, it don't matter!

If you call wyden before monday you will be working to protect our rights under the constitution!

He has proven that he will respond to these kind's of issues in the past.

He has no financial interest to deny people these rights.

He has no powerful lobby to appease by denying people these rights.

This is a public barometer issue, and the right is too disorganized and doesn't feel that this ammendment is an important issue.

Smith even voted against it! Hey, while your at it give him a congratualatory call.

No one is campaigning to strip these rights except the white house and a few justice dept lawyers!

This is a slam dunk!

It will cost you nothing! It will take less than 30 seconds!
