honest person

Metro Murals has NOT filed a lawsuit against Clear Channel.
As of this date, the lawsuit in question is one that is between Clear Channel and the City of Portland (and has been in appeal status since 1998).
Metro Murals is a resource organization for murals and does not have an articulated public position (as an organization) on the topic of Clear Channel.
Please get the facts right!!

My original post stated that Clear Channel is suing the city of Portland. Not sure where you got that Metro Murals is suing snyone?

If you haven't had a chance, please listen to the show.
