Well folks now you can get the rest of the story as Paul Harvey would say.
I am the President of the Foundation for Children's Rights of Sheridan MI. Lynnae and Emily lived with us for 3 months over the Christmas Holiday.
Here are some facts:
1. There was NO COURT order holding either Lynnae or her daughter in MI or anywhere else when she left.
2. Lynnae is a very articulate intelligent woman who was trying to raise her children as a single mom when her oldest daughter who was particpating in risky behavior and had been caught by mom decided she could get out of the house with one simple phone call. That was about 3-4 years ago. She made the call to DHS and made a complaint against mom. That started the first nightmare in motion.
The Foundation for Children's Right along with the Citizens for Parental Rights of Allegan MI have been working with this Mom for some time. I hold her Power of Attorney at this time to handle her personal and legal affairs.
I was the one Emily called when the Police stormed the house. I heard the noise and the screaming and the pounding on the house and the utter horrified fear in that little girls voice. I was also the one that CPS Supervisor DeVros allowed her to call after they had her in custody. I will never forget what that child said or the tremor in her voice as she begged me to please help her get home to her mom. You see this is probably one of the most dedicated and loving mothers you would ever meet. The devotion between the mother and daughter is something to watch.
It was so sad when Little Em asked me a few days before Christmas " Do you think Santa will be able to find me?". After choking back the tears and lump the size of a basketball in my throat. I was able to answer with definite certainty that she had nothing to fear he had always found the children in my home and this would be no exception. And for you information. Boy did he find her. Even Rudolph remembered her with a gift.
As For Emily. She is an absolute delight. She has claimed the hearts of everyone she comes in contact with. She is a bright happy and well educated artistic little girl. I know, my home was wallpapered with her artwork. She has such a precious impish sense of humor through all she has been through in the last year.
Check out the link to the Michigan Victims of CPS website and see just what the real story is. I have all the documentation to prove what I am saying. So for those who think they know they should really let the people who really know do the reporting.
The subpoenas are being prepared as we speak by the Chairperson of the MI House committee on Family and Children's Serices to get to the bottom of this horrendous story. We have more info that at this time can not be shared but let it suffice to say. This mother and child could in the future be the richest land owners in the entire country. They should be able to own both states with what we have on both states and what has been done wrong by all authorities combined.
There never were any charges layed against the mother. There was no warrant to pick up mother. There was an out of date pick up order on the child that expired in June of this year. Those are the facts. The MI Judge issued a new pick up order after the child was picked up and after the hearings in OR and on the day they wisked her off the 8 days after picking her up. Now you have the rest of the story.

A special thanks to MI Representatives John Stahl, Fulton Sheen and Jack Hoogendyk for saying once and for all they will see to it that we will have DHS/CPS reform in our state that holds the unlicensed, unsupervised, out of control, undertrained DHS workers responsible for their actions.
Let me ask you just a couple of questions.
Would you want an unlicensed Dr to perform surgery on you to remove a tumor from your brain?
IF that answer is no the why would you let an unlicensed "case manager" from DHS perform the same duties of a licensed Masters level Social Worker which includes the ability to remove your children from your care, place them in stranger foster care, and request the courts to terminate your parental rights? If you think this can't happen to you may God have mercy on YOUR children. This is all done in a CIVIL court where due process is non existant. You in most states are not allowed a trial by a jury of your peers and they can do this even if there have been criminal charges against you that have been either dropped or you have been found not guilty in a court of law. So think very carefully on this.
Now that they have Emily there appears in the file in Midland County Mi 2 arrest warrants for Domestic Violence. When were they put on the lein?????? There was never a police report. 2 days before they went to the Weidner house they were not in the lein. Does this raise more questions in your mind??? It sure does mine but we will unravel this situation and she will be vindicated in the end. She is no abuser and she is not a lunatic and she is not part of some fringe political movement and never was.
