Activists file felony complaints in Tennessee

Today three victims of National Coal brutality filed
felony complaints at the Campbell county jail against
National Coal employee Bill Nance.
Charges include multiple assault and a battery charge.
The complaints were written out by hand and delievered
to the Campbell county police department for further
investigation.

All three mountainhuggers that filed the complaints
said they are committed to prosecuting if they have to
hike through broken glass to get to court.

It isn't nice to spit and kick people in the stomach
and the three mountainhuggers believe that a jury
might agree.

For the Mountains.
