SUPPORT GWICHIN TO REMOVE ANWAR FROM THE BUDGET BILL
DRUM SING DANCE PROTECT the ARCTIC REFUGE! will be a six-week demonstration of traditional Gwichin drumming, song and dance in the park directly across the street from the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian. Starting Saturday, August 13, through September, every day, from morning to sunset, there will be a drumming, singing, dancing vigil, sponsored by the Gwichin Nation , in honor of the calving and nursery grounds of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.
