Quoted from appended News Release issued last night:

["This is a great day for outdoor recreation in
America! ..." said Derrick Crandall, President of
the American Recreation Coalition. "We applaud the
Departments of Agriculture and the Interior and
the Army for working together to unify all of
these offerings into a single system and inviting
top companies to develop the technology and
communications tools needed. We have great
confidence in the selected company,
ReserveAmerica, which has successfully managed the
precursor system since 1997 with outstanding
customer satisfaction and a commitment to
innovation. ReserveAmerica is an excellent choice
to make Recreation One-Stop's potential a
reality."]

One-Stop is an important part of the recreation/tourism industry long-term
strategy to commercialize and privatize America's Great Outdoors. Making
InterActiveCorp / Ticketmaster the gatekeep to America's public lands is a
dreadful mistake which will come to have profound impacts upon how Americans
interact with their public lands.

I say with much sadness, this is a black day for those who value nature Wild
and Free.

ReserveAmerica Awarded the National Recreation Reservation Service
(NRRS(TM)) Contract

America's Leading Recreation Reservation Service to Establish 'Recreation
One-Stop' Central Service for Visiting America's Beautiful Public Lands

BALLSTON SPA, N.Y., June 20 /PRNewswire/ -- ReserveAmerica, the United
States' leading outdoor recreation reservation and campground management
solutions provider, today announced it was awarded the National Recreation
Reservation Service (NRRS(TM)) contract from The United States Department of
Agriculture Forest Service. Under the terms of the contract, ReserveAmerica
will provide comprehensive recreation information and reservation services
for all U.S. federal recreation agencies, including the USDA Forest Service,
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, National Park Service, Bureau of Land
Management and Bureau of Reclamation. ReserveAmerica's single interagency
service will integrate two separate recreation-related reservation systems:
the National Park Reservation Service (NPRS); and the National Recreation
Reservation Service (NRRS), to enable the general public to reserve a
variety of recreation sites and activities on Federal lands.

The contract continues ReserveAmerica services on behalf of the NRRS for
which ReserveAmerica has processed and managed more than $189 million in
recreation fees since 1997. After conducting a full and open competition for
the award of the new contract, which will consolidate and expand the
existing federal reservation services, the Forest Service selected
ReserveAmerica to provide the new interagency service, expected to begin in
December 2005, as part of the President's E-Gov Recreation One-Stop
Initiative. Reserve America will provide one-stop shopping to the public for
a wide range of federal recreation areas, facilities and opportunities
including access to more than 57,000 campsites, cabins, parks, and tours of
national sites, historic homes and caves.

"This is a great day for outdoor recreation in America! The enhanced NRRS
Recreation One-Stop will provide a valuable service to the public, making it
easier for millions of Americans to discover and capitalize on the diverse
range of opportunities found on lands covering one-third of the nation --
the lands and waters that belong to us all," said Derrick Crandall,
President of the American Recreation Coalition. "We applaud the Departments
of Agriculture and the Interior and the Army for working together to unify
all of these offerings into a single system and inviting top companies to
develop the technology and communications tools needed. We have great
confidence in the selected company, ReserveAmerica, which has successfully
managed the precursor system since 1997 with outstanding customer
satisfaction and a commitment to innovation. ReserveAmerica is an excellent
choice to make Recreation One-Stop's potential a reality."

"This contract award recognizes ReserveAmerica's proven capability to
deliver exceptional consumer satisfaction levels and state-of-the-art
technological solutions for consumer reservations, management of campgrounds
and ticketing of historic sites. On behalf of our employees across America,
from Ballston Spa, NY to Rancho Cordova, CA, we welcome the government
agencies participating in the Recreation One-Stop initiative," said Brendan
Ross, President, ReserveAmerica. "We are proud to be selected to continue in
our commitment to providing the Federal agencies and the American public
with reservation and ticketing services that continue to exceed
expectations. With our recent launch of ORMS, ReserveAmerica's
state-of-the-art recreation reservation platform, and as we manage record
numbers of online reservations for the NRRS, ReserveAmerica looks forward to
the next ten years of leading the industry with technology innovations and
successful partnerships with the NRRS participating federal agencies."

"The NRRS contract is expected to expand ReserveAmerica's business and
create a number of new jobs at our core offices located in Ballston Spa, NY,
Madison, WI and Rancho Cordova, CA," said Richard Adshead, VP of Federal
Partnerships for ReserveAmerica. "We are proud to serve the federal agencies
and the American public through our state-of-the-art data centers staffed by
