Bill Mitchell PureDemocracy@hotmail.com

Those who have violated their oath to protect and defend the constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and then violated it by voting for the unconstitutional wars of aggression and the continued funding of them. And are guilty of being accessories after the fact in the 911 Psyop attack on the American mind, as much as NYC and the Pentagon. Congress is as self-impeached as is the US Supreme Court, and the executive is fascist cabal of imperialist war criminals. Therefore, there is no such entity as the US Federal Government. It rendered itself 'null and void' by its unconstitutional and criminal conspiracies. Further, the Republic itself is a farce, for it is not representative of the people as a whole, with offices brought, sold, and inherited. This is not a democracy and never was, it has covertly been nothing but a racist-imperialist Plutocracy. My solution is a popular based door-to-door National Referendum on this proposed constitutional amendment, and while we're at it, a Referendum on the Kyoto Accords, Ordering all US military and paramilitary personnel to ceasefire and pack up for return home immediately. We can also put the Medical Marijuana ruling by the Supreme Court up to popular vote too. This is called Pure or Direct Democracy, and is the solution to the problem, being disinformation, dis representative, war crimes, and wanton destruction of the biosphere with DU, CO2, and industrial fallout and poisonous consumer products. No constitutional amendment is necessary for Pure Democracy, it is a reserved right of people, found in the 9th and 10 amendments of the Bill of Rights. And I want to come to Portland and get this Pure Democracy Revolution underway. Invite me, write me, and expect me! Bill

Call it the will of the people 13.Jun.2005 19:09

the elite people

Sounds like Dick Cheney's plot to be president for life. Once the 22nd amendment is repealed look for President Smirk to be liquidated. Perhaps the elites who installed President Smirk are getting tired of his botched job of invading Iraq and not going on schedule for Iran. Then again it could just be that he couldn't pull off the Social Security "Bank Robbery" for his Wall Street Mafia bosses. They have trust in Cheney, though. He's never shirked in his duties as a full-fledged sociopath. When it comes to wanton murder, rape and pillaging he is right up there with his mentor Sir Heinz Kissinger.

Unlikely Catastrophe 13.Jun.2005 20:13

proposals by Congress require approval by 2/3 vote of both houses (290/67) and subsequent ratification by 3/4 of the state legislatures (38)

rest easy, the Democrats want the same for W.J. Clinton (another psychotic murderer)

It wouldn't be a surprise! 13.Jun.2005 20:21

I also have been speculating if in order to move the agenda along wind-up doll might be sacrificed for 'the greater good'

Better check the bill again 13.Jun.2005 20:39

Bill Haack

The sponsor of the bill is a Democrat, 3 of 4 of the co-sponsors are Democrats.

Believe me, I wanted to believe it was Republicans, myself.

Rep Steny Hoyer(D) MD, the House Democratic Whip, is the sponsor of the bill.

These are the co-sponsors:

Rep Berman, Howard L. (D) [CA-28] - 2/17/2005 Rep Pallone, Frank, Jr. (D) [NJ-6] - 2/17/2005
Rep Sabo, Martin Olav (D) [MN-5] - 2/17/2005 Rep Sensenbrenner, F. James, Jr. (R) [WI-5] - 2/17/2005

We know they all want it, they know they want it.
They just don't deserve it, they don't show responsibility, humanity or practicallity.
Its a big job to rule the world, they are just flubbing it big time. We won't let up until they get it right.
Whatever happened to the golden rule, you people in power? You act like the shadow in that show Babylon 5. (they thought it was better evolution if they fought to the death to rule everybody). So maybe you are...?

Do it in hell

Not gonna happen under Bush 13.Jun.2005 21:56

It takes time to ammend the constitution.

The GOP doesn't need to keep Bush in longer then 8years, they know how to fix elections.

There is no way, this would be ratified, by 2/3rds the states, by the next Presidential appointment.

The way things are going, the Congress ought to be figuring out how to keep themselves in power.

Please read the legislation text before making alarmist postings... 14.Jun.2005 10:34

If and when the bill passes, it wouldn't go into effect for another 7 years. G.W.Bush will be out of office by then...

ha

You mean this Clinton guy playing finger pinky with George Senior, the ex CIA head, is your hero? ha ha ha ha

You require a course in cognitive dissonance 101 to clear your head... stare at this picture whenever you get Clinton worship feelings, and repeat after me, "I will never fall for the Democrats or the Republicans again. I will never fall for the Democrats or the Republicans again. I will never fall for the Democrats or the Republicans again."
