"Their names are fading but their voices still cry out for justice"

We Remember the Disappeared Native children, past and present, who were killed and buried in secret at residential schools and hospitals across Canada.

We demand of the churches and government that killed them to tell us how they died, and where they are buried.

We demand that their remains be returned to their
ancestral homes for a proper burial.

We demand that their murderers be brought to justice.

Join us on May 22, and help us carry on this campaign to publicly pressure the Anglican, Catholic and United churches and the government of Canada.

Sponsored by The Aboriginal Holocaust Memorial Network (founded April 15, 2005).*

* Background Information:

The Aboriginal Holocaust Memorial Network was formed out of the National Aboriginal Holocaust Memorial Day on April 15, 2005. Its aim is to keep alive the memory of the victims of church-run Genocide in Canada, to bring home the remains of all children who died in Christian residential schools, and to bring their murderers to justice.

On April 22, 2005, the Memorial Network faxed letters to Prime Minister Paul Martin and the head officers of Indian Affairs and the Catholic, Anglican and United churches of Canada, stating that if they did not identify the fate and the location of the disappeared children by April 30, a public banning and boycott of the government and churches mentioned would be declared across Canada.

Having received no reply of any kind from any of these parties, the Memorial Network has declared such a banning and boycott campaign, effective as of May 1, 2005.

All persons and organizations are therefore asked to publicly boycott the government of Canada and the Catholic, Anglican, and United churches of Canada, including by denying them all cooperation, attendance, taxes, tithings, and other payments.

This campaign includes a boycott of the 2010 Olympics in British Columbia, and an international appeal for a tourism and trade boycott of Canada by all nations.

This campaign will remain in effect until the
government and churches named identify the fate and location of every child who died in an Indian
residential school, return their remains to their
families, compensate them for their loss, and bring to justice their murderers.

Further Note:

Similar acts of resistance are being mounted by
aboriginal people in Chilliwack, Prince Rupert,
Edmonton and northern Manitoba, including sit-ins and protests.
