It had rained in the morning here in Bend, and I thought I was going to rain during the March. We were fortunate that the rain had stopped and it was only windy and overcast. There was a PA system playing Country Joe and the Fish's "What are we fighting for?" song among others. There was a table for filling out postcards to be sent to our representatives.
