Audio: John Perkins "confessions of an economic hitman" interview

Just a link to an audio interview with John Perkins. He also interviews James Turk, Bill Murphy, and Paul Warren.
Segment 3 and Segment 4 are spent with John Perkins, author of the controversial "Confessions of an Economic Hit Man." John says the United States and other developed nations use international credit institutions to fund projects in emerging nations, leaving big corporations with profits, but leaving small countries buried in debts they cannot repay. John says the behavior of this "corporatocracy" is what drives ill will toward the US, and that he knows, because he used to be part of the problem.

NOTE: ALL DENOUNCEMENTS OF LAROUCHE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A REFUTATION OF THE IDEAS PRESENTED BELOW. NO SLOPPINESS ALLOWED. WE ARE FIGHTING FASCISM, THESE GUYS ARE SHARP, SO MUST YOU BE, TOO.

while john perkins' book outlines well the inner-workings of the parasitical structuring of the post-Bretton Woods economic system, he mis-identifies the u.s. role of recent decades in the looting of the 'third world' and misses the significance of george schultz's role in producing a systemic shift in policy beginning with the floating of the dollar in 1971. these errors, along with two additional typical boomer misconceptions, are crucial to come to an understanding of, in order to organize a successful reorganization of the current disintegration of the world's economy. currently, the below article along with four other recent papers by larouche, are being published in a book, and distributed internationally, for the purposes of developing a movement internationally around the necessity for a new bretton woods conference. only a new bretton woods can facilitate the prevention of chaos ensuing amidst the collapse of the meltdown of the financial system and the shortcomings of our productive capabilities to support the lives of all the people.
