Our Community First! Brings Together Business Owners, Land Use Activists, Consumers, Union Members in Opposition to Wal-Mart Superstore in Bend
Our Community First! is a grassroots organization of residents, business owners, land use activists, neighborhood representatives, consumers, and union members who have come together to raise public awareness and organize community opposition to the proposed Wal-Mart superstore.
One immediate goal of Our Community First! is to push for Wal-Mart to hold a community-wide meeting on this project that will provide everyone full opportunity to raise concerns about how the 203,000 square foot store will impact the local environment, traffic patterns, and the economy of our community.
Our Community First! is accepting financial donation from anyone who wants to contribute to this campaign. Please join us in the fight to put OUR COMMUNITY FIRST!
