The quake happened at 5:55 local time (2:25 UTC) and was measured at 6.4 on the Richter scale. The quake lasted for 11 seconds and at least 50 aftershocks were reported [1] ( http://www.isna.ir/Main/NewsView.aspx...) ranging in magnitude between 3.3 and 4.8. in our ongoing ruminations on fake earthquakes, I noticed that no one had mentioned this recent large quake in Iran.
