That is a very big if, and is not at all backed up by Agent Jordan. Certainly swiftly rising healthcare costs are a much more obvious, substantiated and real threat to the long term health of the region. The deterioration of social infrastructure such as public schools and social support networks are a greater threat than terrorism.
