St. luke Catholic School in Woodburn Oregon is preparing for it's 26th annual Auction, Dinner and Casino "Go for the Gold". This Event is scheduled for Saturday, March 5th 2005. With proceeds last year reaching over $100,000 and attendance over 400 people, this will be the premier event in the Woodburn area.
Attendees of this event can expect to see many exciting auction items, including over 600 items that are donated by local businesses and individuals of the community. The thrill is always the "Oral Auction", with hands flying trying to outbid one another, over vacation packages, trips abroad, dinner packages, valuable pieces of sculpture and more. The auction will be presented by professional auctioneer Mark Kuhn.

New this year is Wild Bill's Casino, featuring Black Jack, Craps and Roulette. One lucky winner is off to Reno for being the big winner at the Black Jack Tournament table. Other prizes include wine tour, dinner parties, trips abroad, sports packages and much more.

After a bit of friendly wagering, attendees will be wined and dined by Portland's own
Western Culinary Chef, Michael Maxwell, A mouth-watering menu of prime rib, salmon and a Greek Salad are but a few of the items being served. Complimentary beverages of beer, wine, soda and coffee will be available.

The event is open to the public and will take place in Rubis Hall at St. Luke Catholic School starting at 5:00 p.m. on March 5th, 2005. Price per person is $30.00. For more information and reservations, contact Melony Handran at 503-981-5872 or the school at 503-981-7441.
