Question: 08.Dec.2004 15:27

Question: how is GE messing with people's computers and why are they doing it?

I'll answer that 08.Dec.2004 19:20

tick tock

I'll throw this out there, see what you think. GE is the war machine...and the propaganda machine.

Oh yeah, they like selling toasters at wal-mart too. So I guess their not too bad.

Isn't dropping viruses a form of terrorism? That's against the 9/11 bill ya know...maybe that bill is good after all.

ambiguous but interesting 08.Dec.2004 20:13

That port is used for several things, including "doom" (from Id), ancient trojans, and spambots looking for marks. Its possible those GE IT guys need to clean out a little infection (or stop their engineers from playing d00m ;-). Still, it would be interesting to see a packet dump or two...
