Community support is needed on the Parry Center picket line!

3415 SE Powell Blvd.

Anytime between 5 am and 11pm is great! The best times are: 5 am - 9 am,
1pm - 4 pm, and evenings 7pm - 11pm.
Come down and lend your energy to Parry Center workers who are standing up
for living wages and for children!

Thanks so much for the incredible turn-out for the picket line rally at the Parry Center on Monday, Nov. 29th. There were about 450 people, many of whom were JwJ pledgers, chanting and feeling very united with the Parry Center workers.

Check out the JwJ website for news about the strike.

What is going on with the Perry Center? Has there been any communication with Kim Scott? Are the workers remaining on strike? Are more folks heading back into work? Are people safe on the lines? What support is needed by the community? Has the media been reporting on the strike? Is it ok to bring dogs to the line? If the folks on the lines could have any kinda cookie...what kind would it be? or would soup be better? Hang in there. Your community supports worker's right to a living wage for the sake of the workers and the children!!!
