NEW - Show From11-11-2004 - Description: Todays show is with Matt Rossell, of In Defense of Animals. He is talking about the efforts to convince local Portland restaurants to stop serving Foie Gras. Foie Gras is produced by force feeding ducks or geese until their liver is diseased and enlarged many times over. Foie gras is then made from the diseased liver. The campaign is currently working to stop the serving of foie gras at Hurley's restaurant here in Portland.
