Hi everyone,
Each of us has put in at least 24 hours staffing the jail support office, taking calls from people in the streets, calling in reports to IndyMedia radio, calling jails to locate those in custody, attending arraignments, calling the friends or family of those arrested, finding healthcare for those injured, coordinating with legal support, attending demos, seeking out donations of food, coffee, cigarettes, and rides for arrestees, and there is still more for us to do.
Right now it's important for us to find funds to pay our phone bill so we can continue to be there for those who voice their dissent and suffer under the heavy weight of oppression in jail or on the streets.
