Let's be honest. This is not a place for community minded people to gather and better the neighborhood. What it really is is a weekend party drop for rowdy drunks to blast their music until the wee hours of the morning and shout profanities and wrestle outside while hopped up on copious amounts of alcohol. Sorry to say it but "Liberty Hall" should be renamed to Liberty Beer Garden. Keep in mind this "community gathering" place is nestled in a residential neighborhood. By playing up the "community betterment card" these people are able to be placed where they are. In reality this place is nothing but a disturbance. It would be nice if this place were really a nice community center but it's clearly not. It's aggravating to see people abuse an idea that if were real would be a good thing.
