Sam Adams and Nick Fish are both hard working, likable, and intelligent candidates for city council. News4Neighbors recently spent time with each candidate before coming to the decision to endorse Sam Adams for City Council.

One area we pressed the candidates on was the neighborhood association system. Sam Adams clearly had more enthusiasm for the neighborhood association system, saying that if elected he would lobby to have ONI included in his portfolio. Sam said that he sees the neighborhood association system as a partner in getting things done in Portland

Sam's not the greatest, but Fish is without a doubt a chronie for the Portland Business Alliance. He is also against Dignity Village and has said that Campaign Finance Reform is an issue for the voter. Vote Adams!
