Democratic partisans are spending millions of dollars on TV ads attacking Bush's National Guard service but in the true spirit of Ebeneezer Scrooge they absolutely refuse to spend one cent on TV ads attacking Bush's perjury and contempt of court in Formaldegate or the Harken Energy whitewash he got from his personal attorney James R. Doty after he ran crying to daddy. I have never ever nor will I ever see a story or a letter to the editor about Formaldegate or Bush's Harken Energy whitewash in the Seattle Times, Oregonian, USA Today newspapers or any other newspapers. I think that the TV news is extremely prejudiced in that when Bill Clinton committed perjury and contempt of court they covered the story from start to finish yet when Bush commits contempt of court and perjury they refuse to cover the story at all. It's also revolting behavior of the TV news that when Martha Stewart got caught up in an insider trading scandal they cover the story from start to finish yet when Bush gets a whitewash over his Harken Energy Scandal by his personal attorney James Doty the TV news refuses to cover the story. Fox News channel motto is "We report you decide" so I can only assume they will report on Formaldegate and Bush's Harken Energy whitewash when Halley's comet returns. What is Formaldegate you may be asking now. Let me summarize. Two good stories on the Internet about Formaldegate are ( Bush in Contempt on Formaldegate? by Robert Bryce ) and ( Did Bush lie under oath in funeral home case? by Robert Bryce and Anthony York ). What happened in Formaldegate is this. Robert Waltrip ran a big funeral home empire in Texas and he got into trouble with Eliza May. Robert Waltrip's funeral home empire was called SCI. SCI stands for Service Corporation International. Eliza May ran the Texas Funeral Service Commission. When taken to court over this Governor Bush swore under oath that he had no knowledge of Robert Waltrip or the trouble he was in with Eliza May and the Texas Funeral Service Commission. Governor Bush and his aides tried to block the investigation in to SCI. So Eliza May accused Bush of Perjury and of contempt of court because he tried to block an investigation and he lied about it. In the Harken Energy Story you will find out about James Doty who was Bush's personal attorney when he owned his baseball team. A good story about Harken Energy on the Internet is ( Harken Energy - Bush's No Good Trade by Tom Flocco ). I will now quote from Harken Energy - Bush's No Good Trade by Tom Flocco. This quote can be found in paragraph 5 of this article. " The SEC investigation of George W. was led by general counsel James R. Doty who according to a UPI report mysteriously neglected to interview any of the Harken directors." "Moreover, Doty had previously served as George W. Bush's personal lawyer in the deal involving his Texas Rangers purchase." "So in the end, the younger Bush was cleared of insider trade wrongdoing by his personal attorney and by his father's vice-presidential counsel, a virtual impossibility for the average U.S. citizen." In this same story under the section (Firewalls or Stonewalls ? ) Chuch Mcdonald a spokesman for Texas Governor Ann Richards campaign is quoted. Chuck Mcdonald's quote is "Was this a real investigation, or was it a whitewash of an insider stock sale by the son of the sitting president?" You know what there is more. Some people actually did go to court, pay a fine and went to prison for insider trading. But not Bush because he ran to daddy crying for his whitewash. If you look into the 1990 edition of (Facts on File) and on page 891 you will find a list of people who were sentenced for insider trading. Facts on File can be found in most libraries if you ask the librarian. On the top of page 891 is a box titled "Wall Street Insider Trading Sentences". Here is the list of people sentenced for insider trading: Ira Sokolow, David Brown, Dennis Levine, Ilan Reich, Robert Wilkis, Ivan Boesky, Boyd Jeffries, Paul Bilzerian, Robert Freeman, Martin Siegel, John Mulheren, and Michael Milken. Remember Bush's name is not on this list because he ran crying to daddy for his whitewash which he got from his personal attorney James Doty who was at the SEC. To sum up my article. I have seen protesters at the Republican National Convention and at other cities and times. None of these protesters to my knowledge has ever protested about Bush's perjury and contempt of court in Formaldegate or about the Harken Energy whitewash that he got from his personal attorney James Doty after he ran crying to daddy. I have contacted Voter March in Seattle two times. I have talked to them about Bush's Perjury and contempt of court and his Harken Energy scandal. Both times they have lost my phone # and mailing address so why should I contact them a third time. Voter March in Seattle Phone # is 206-679-6108. They express interest in my concerns yet their actions seem to be get lost and we can't and we won't help you. That is I want to get involved in defeatin Bush but they never provide me any assistance even though I ask for it. I live in rural Washington State. In the Oregonian there was an ad titled (Campaign Jobs to Defeat Bush) and their phone # is 503-239-8844. This ad ran in the classified section of the paper and I found it in the 2004 summer editions of the Oregonian. I called them ( Campaign Jobs to Defeat Bush Phone # 503-239-8844 ) and the man on the phone told me I don't have time to talk to you now because I'm trying to defeat Bush. I tried to tell him about Bush's perjury and contempt of court in Formaldegate and about the Harken Energy whitewash he got from his personal attorney James Doty after he ran crying to daddy. This man expressed absolutley no interest in Bush's perjury, contempt of court and whitewash because his number one concern was to get me off the phone. I pleaded and begged with him to listen to me but he refused all of my pleas. I wonder if he was a republican operative. Maybe he was!!
