Bloomberg calls RNC protestors "terrorists"

Sounds as if he could be referring to his own police force, though..
"It is true that a handful of people have tried to destroy our city by going up and yelling at visitors here because they don't agree with their views," Mr. Bloomberg said. "Think about what that says. This is America, New York, cradle of liberty, the city for free speech if there ever was one and some people think that we shouldn't allow people to express themselves. That's exactly what the terrorists did, if you think about it, on 9/11. Now this is not the same kind of terrorism but there's no question that these anarchists are afraid to let people speak out."

Yes. We are a terror to his re-election. We won hearts and mind through out this week in NYC and both Bush and Bloomberg's poll numbers have gone down as a result.

I guess that is scarey to the mayor but terrorists? Well I guess you are either 'with them or against them' haha.

Wake up Bloomberg, your city is against YOU. Enjoy your remaining time in office.

what I don't understand is the hypocrisy of all the commentary directed at leftists. yes, sure, we get in peoples smug little faces and tell them they're wrong, and they're evil, and they're doing horrible things, but the system we live in indoctrinates us from the time we're able to watch television with certain social values. Our magazines, radio, television, role models, and leaders are all beating us over the head with the idea that we must conform. so everytime someone gets pissed at you for "oppressing them" just tell them that you'd rather have a free world than live in a fascist state where no one has to listen to criticism of their ideas... no matter how ABSOLUTELY FUCKING RIDICULOUS they are.
