Activist, Kim Berardi, was temporarily released from custody at the SeaTac Federal Detention Center Tuesday afternoon. It seems that Judge Zilly displayed a sense of compassion that is sorely lacking by the U.S. Attorneys Office and AUSA Andrew Friedman, in particular. |
The judge has allowed Kim her freedom to take care of some pressing personal issues (circumstances that AUSA Andy Friedman has sought to exploit for coercive purposes).
