Yes, here's how lame things are getting at the corner of SE 21st and Division. Last night I saw folks actually placing Teddy Bears out in front of Starbucks, as if it were the site of 9-11 or something.
While not an oppenent of Starbucks, I find it ironic, even more, pathetic that folks see that vandalism at Starbucks is worth more outrage than, let's say the terror bombing in Spain, where no one in Portland even held a vigil.
I guess there's a "Berry Sorry Bear" for Starbucks, but no "Shocky Iraqi" for those "saved" by the US. Welcome to Planet Starbucks.
