Invisible Insurrection Call for Submissions

We seek experimental and speculative creative nonfiction that somehow connects science, news, politics, and personal experience.
 http://www.invisibleinsurrection.org/

Strict genre boundaries are ridiculous when you consider all the narrative shaping, twisting, nudging, tweaking, sculpting, and revising that goes into a well-crafted essay. And let's not even get started on the epistemological questions. That said, we are trying to push the nonfiction genre into new territory, so at this time, we only accept nonfiction writing. Writers we love: David Ulin, Luc Sante, David B. & L'Association, Rafael Campo, Hope Edelman, Albert Goldbarth, Joan Didion, Mike Davis, Maxine Hong Kingston, and of course, Alexander Trocchi.

We hunger for visual art that does the same, pushing boundaries and redefining genres. Short videos, photography, comics, and flash animations are all welcome.
