I hope he gets a nice whiff of the chemtrails or his kids get sick--and then he has to log back in and pretend nothing is going on. That would be true torture.

2. or leave them in magazines in waiting areas beyond security at the airport.
3. Even if they are picked up on the next round, the flight crew, pilots, attendants, boarding personnel will be made aware.

Air Traffic Controllers Concerned Over Chemtrails

VANCOUVER, Canada - As continuing chemtrail activity culminated in massive aerial spraying over Vancouver Island and Washington state yesterday- and broadening plumes once again fanned out to haze clear blue skies - Air Traffic Controllers at major airports across the United States expressed concern over the emissions constantly showing up on their radar screens.

'Chemtrails' is the term widely used to describe the brilliant white trails laid down by U.S. Air Force tanker planes photo-identified over North America and a dozen other allied nations in a process the U.S. Air Force calls 'aerial obscuration'.

First confirmed by Airport Authority Terry Stewart at the Victoria International Airport on Dec. 8, 2000 as a 'joint Canada-U.S. military operation' and stridently denied by senior officers at Canadian Forces Base (where Stewart later told the Vancouver Courier he had received his information) - these multi-plane missions were verified in March, 2001 by the Air Traffic Control (ATC) manager for the northeastern seaboard of the United States.

In three taped interviews with this reporter and veteran radio journalist S.T. Brendt, our 'Deep Sky' source said that he had been ordered to divert incoming commercial flights away from USAF tankers spraying s substance that showed up on ATC radars as a 'haze'.

These radar returns are the signature of the fine aluminum particles found in laboratory tests of chemtrail-contaminated rain taken in Espanola, Ontario in the summer of 1999. The lab analysis found reflective quartz particles in the chemtrail fallout - and levels of aluminum FIVE TIMES higher than Ontario's maximum permissible health safety standards.

After NDP Defense critic Gordon Earle presented a petition signed by 550 Espanola residents to Parliament in November, 1999 demanding an end to aerial spraying by commercial or military aircraft, foreign or domestic, which appeared to be making many people sick, DND eventually replied, "It's not us."

The aluminum found in chemtrails over Ontario matches the 10 micron aluminum oxide called for in a 1994 patent issued to Hughes Aircraft Company. 'Welsbach Seeding for Reduction of Global Warming' refers to spreading highly reflective materials in the atmosphere to reflect enough incoming sunlight (1 to 2%) to slow rapidly-accelerating global warming.

Edward Teller, father of the H-bomb, called for this billion dollar a year 'sky shield' program after computer simulations at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory showed it would prevent warming over 85% of the planet's surface despite a predicted doubling of heat-trapping C02 in the atmosphere over the next 40 years.

But Ken Caldeira - the climate expert who ran the computer model - has warned that the stratospheric spraying of sunlight-reflecting chemicals could 'destroy the ozone layer' and pose human health risks.


CONTROLLERS CONCERNED ACROSS U.S.

Starting last December, on heavy 'spray days' Deep Sky began calling companion controllers across the country. Were they seeing the same thing on their scopes? What were they being told?

In a fourth interview with reporter S.T. Brendt last week, Deep Sky stated that Air Traffic Controllers at Chicago's O'Hare airport, all three major airports in New York, Los Angeles LAX, San Francisco, Atlanta, Cleveland, San Diego, Washington DC's Dulles and Jacksonville, Florida were being ordered to route airliners beneath formations of Air Force tanker planes spraying something that regularly clouds their screens.

Several smaller but busy airports at Westchester County in New York state and Manchester in New Hampshire were also contacted by this an increasingly concerned Deep Sky - and confirmed similar experiences.

Every controller, without exception, is being told to divert traffic due to military exercises , and to bring in traffic lower because of experiments that may degrade their radars. The controllers at Cleveland's airport were surprised by the extent of obscuration on their radars.


CHEMTRAILS SCIENTIST BREAKS SILENCE

Ohio is the home of Wright-Patterson - the air force base working with electromagnetic and weather modification technology. A scientist working at Wright-Pat recently told reporter Bob Fitrakis that two different projects are being conducted. One involves cloud creation experiments to lessen the effect of global warming. Other chemtrails are connected with the military's extremely high-power Radio Frequency beam weapon in Alaska called HAARP.

The scientist claims that the two most common substances being sprayed into chemtrails are aluminum oxide and barium stearate. When you see planes flying back and forth marking parallel lines, X-patterns and grids in a clear sky, that's aluminum oxide, according to the scientist. The goal is to create an artificial sunscreen to reflect solar radiation back into space to alleviate global warming. In some cases, barium may be sprayed in a similar manner for the purpose of high-tech 3-D radar imaging. (Columbus Alive Dec. 6, 2001)



CONGRESSIONAL BILL CALLS FOR CHEMTRAILS BAN

HR2977 is creating a 'buzz in the Air Traffic Control community. Introduced last October by Ohio Rep. Dennis Kucinich, this bill called for the peaceful uses of space, and a ban on 'exotic weapons' . Section 7 of the 'Space Preservation Act of 2001' sought specifically to prohibit 'chemtrails' .

Kucinich recently told the Columbus Alive newspaper (Jan. 24, 2002) that despite official denials, as head of the Armed Services oversight committee he is well acquainted with chemtrail projects. "The truth is there's an entire program in the Department of Defense - 'Vision for 2020' - that's developing these weapons, Kucinich told reporter Bob Fitrakis. The U.S. Space Command's 2020 vision calls for 'dominance of space, land, sea and air'.

Though "section vii" naming chemtrails, HAARP and other planet-threatening weapons has since been removed in a substitute bill - under pressure according to Kucinich - the original bill remains intact and on-file in the congressional record.



CONTRAILS VS CHEMTRAILS

The unusual white plumes reported by Air Canada pilots, police officers and former military personnel over Canada and the U.S. during the past three years are often contrasted by brief, pencil-thin contrails left by commercial jets flying above them.

Contrails form when water vapor clumps around dirt particles acting as nuclei. According to NASA and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, contrails can only form at temperatures below minus 76 degrees, and humidity levels of 70 percent or more. Even in ideal conditions, contrails rarely last more than 20 minutes.

But atmospheric studies by NASA and NOAA - including TARFOX, ACE-Asia, ACE-I and II, INDOEX and Project SUCCESS - confirm that artificial clouds and contrails can be manufactured under conditions of low humidity by dispensing particles from aircraft. The smaller the size of the nuclei introduced into the atmosphere, the greater the rate of artificial cloud formation.

Controllers across the United States know from their professional training that these chemicals fall to the ground. Without exception they expressed their concern to Deep Sky about possible risks to human health,

"They want to know what the heck is in there," S.T. Brendt reported. "One of them said, 'Aluminum or barium' that's not something you want to be breathing."

Over the last few months, the controller have been told that the troubling aerial operations involve 'climate experiments'. Deep Sky's family continues to experience health problems, including his young son's gushing nose bleeds and episodes of 'Sudden Onset Acute Asthma' in his wife. ___


Chemtrails - FAA Official Confirms Ongoing East Coast 'Military Operation'

PORTLAND, ME - An FAA official in charge of air traffic control over the northeastern United States has confirmed an ongoing military operation in America,s skies. In an exclusive taped interview with freelance radio reporter S. T. Brendt, the Air Traffic Control (ATC) manager said he was told on as many as four occasions in March, 2001 to re-route commercial air traffic around military aircraft taking part in an undisclosed aerial operation over the northeastern seaboard.

On her way to the interview location, Brendt observed six big jets laying brilliant white lines above a broken cloud layer. Instead of dissipating like normal condensation trails, these lingering plumes grew wider and wider, intersecting and merging.

Speaking on condition of strict anonymity as intense chemtrail activity continued overhead, this Deep Sky federal aviation source expressed concern over the classified nature of military operations repeatedly conducted at altitudes between 37,000 and 40,000 feet. While air traffic controllers normally ignore air traffic above 10,000 feet, the ATC manager said he was ordered to divert incoming European air traffic away from the military planes.

When asked why, he said, "I was told there was a military exercise in the area. Of course, they wouldn't give me any of the particulars."

The initial FAA disclosure came on March 12, as mass aerial maneuvers saturated northeastern U.S. skies with Xs, circular patterns and parallel lines characteristic of chemtrail activity reported by pilots, police officers and former military personnel across the United States.

Brendt contacted the FAA official after counting more than 30 big jets spreading persistent plumes within 45 minutes. Lou Aubuchont confirmed Brendt's count, noting that during his stint in U.S. Navy intelligence he had never seen a military exercise of such magnitude.

After Brendt called in her sightings, assistant WMWV news director Richard Dean counted 370 chemical trails criss-crossing his nearby location for six-and-a-half hours. But local Air Traffic Controllers reported only nine commercial jets on their radars at the time.

Thousands of eye-witnesses have reported similar spray activity obscuring North American skies over the past two years.

In December, 2000 Canadian aviation authority Terry Stewart investigated a Victoria caller's complaint of intensive chemtrail activity over the British Columbia capitol. In a taped message, the environmental manager for the Victoria International Airport checked with the control tower and reported, "It's a military exercise, U.S. and Canadian air force exercise that's going on. They wouldn't give me any specifics on it."

Stewart added that he found the incident - one of hundreds reported over B.C. since the fall of 1998 - very odd. [contact William Thomas for a copy of this audio tape.]

The aircraft laying lingering X's and grids over Vancouver Island have been photo-identified as USAF KC-135 and KC-10 aerial refueling tankers. U.S. Air Force Weather Force Specialists intent on fulfilling an official USAF mission to Own The Weather refer to chemical cloud cover spread by high flying tankers as aerial obscuration.

Outbreaks of acute upper respiratory and gastrointestinal illness, fatigue, headaches, joint pain, dizziness, and nose bleeds have filled hospital emergency rooms across the U.S. and Canada following heavy spray days.

In November, 1999, 550 residents of the small town of Espanola, Ontario presented a petition to the Canadian government demanding an explanation and an end to aerial spraying by USAF tankers they claimed was making children and adults sick over a 55 square mile area. The Air Force denied flying tankers over Espanola. The Canadian defense ministry has yet to respond to the citizens, complaint.

On Nov. 20,1999, Brendt was admitted to hospital with a gushing nosebleed and pains in her chest after inadvertently photographing dozens of chemtrails over Parsonsfield, Maine. Nosebleeds are a common symptom of chemtrail exposure. "Now I know what this is," Brendt says. "I never get nosebleeds." ____

For nearly three years, chemtrail observers have hoped an official would step forward to explain the origin and purpose of broad white plumes criss-crossing the skies above a dozen allied nations. Their wait is over...



It was nearly noon when S.T. Brendt awoke and entered the kitchen of her country home in Parsonsfield, Maine. As she poured her first cup of coffee, the late night reporter for WMWV Radio could not have guessed that her life was minutes away from drastic change. Her partner Lou Aubuchont was already up, puzzling over what he had seen in the sky a half-hour before. The fat puffy plumes arching up over the horizon were unlike any contrail he had ever seen, even during his hitch in the Navy.

Like breath exhaled on a winter's day, the contrails he was used to seeing would flare briefly in the stratosphere as hot moist engine exhaust flash-freezes into a stream of ice-crystals. These pencil-thin condensation trails are pretty to watch but short-lived, subliming into invisibility as exhaust gases cool quickly to the surrounding air temperature.

But in late 1997, Aubuchont started observing thicker 'trails extending from horizon to horizon. Hanging in the sky long after their creators had flown from view, these expanding white ribbons would invariably be interwoven by more thick lines left by unmarked jets, Air Force white or silver in colour.

On this March 12th morning in 2001, Lou did not mention his sighting as S.T. indulged in caffeine. Sipping gratefully, she glanced out the window. It looked like another gorgeous, cloudless day. But not quite. Brendt baulked at several chalk marks scrawled across the crystalline blue sky. "Contrails or chemtrails?" she jokingly remarked. Lou got up and looked. What kind of clouds run exactly side by side in a straight line? he wondered. It's just too perfect to happen naturally. When he said he wasn't sure, S.T. stopped smiling and went outside.

Looking up towards the southeast over West Pond, she spotted the first jet. A second jet was laying billowing white banners to the north. Both aircraft appeared to be at over 30,000 feet. Turning her gaze due west, Brendt saw two more lines extending over the horizon. She called Lou. Within 45 minutes the couple counted 30 jets. This isn't right, S.T. thought. We just don't have that kind of air traffic here. While Lou kept counting, she went inside and started calling airports. One official she reached was guarded but friendly. He had relatives in West Pond.

The Air Traffic Control manager told Brendt her sighting was "unusual". His radars showed nine commercial jets during the same 45-minute span. From her location, he said, she should have been able to see one plane.

And the other twenty-nine? The FAA official confided off the record that he had been ordered "by higher civil authority" to re-route inbound European airliners away from a "military exercise" in the area. "Of course, they wouldn't give me any of the particulars and I don't ask," he explained. "I just do my job."

Excited and puzzled by this information, S.T. and Lou got into their car and headed down Route 160. Looking in any direction they could see five or six jets flying at over 30,000 feet. Never in the dozen years they'd lived in rural Maine had they seen so much aerial activity.

A former US Navy Intelligence courier, Aubuchont was used to large-scale military exercises. But he told S.T. he had never seen anything this big. "It looked like an invasion," he later recounted.

Another driver almost went off the road as he leaned over his dashboard trying to look up. As they passed, he acknowledged them with a nod.

As far as they could see stretched line after line. Two giant grids were especially blatant. Instead of dissipating like normal contrails, these sky trails grew wider and wider and began to merge. Looking towards the Sun, Aubuchont saw what appeared like "an oil and water mixture" reflecting a prismatic band of colours. He couldn't call it a rainbow. Rainbows aren't sinister.

As Lou and S.T. completed their errands, the jets kept them company, leaving lines and even circles that resembled smoke rings. Even living near Kennedy, LaGuardia and Newark jetports, Aubuchont had never seen so many big jets performing identical manoeuvres in the same sky. When they returned to Parsonsfield around four, the lines were starting to merge into a dingy haze.

Richard Dean called back. After receiving S.T.'s message, the assistant WMWV news director had gone outside with other news staff and counted 370 lines in skies usually devoid of aerial activity.

Brendt put in another call to the FAA official. He had never heard of chemtrails. In their first face-to-face interview, the chain-smoking controller responsible for air traffic over the northeastern seaboard repeated his earlier statements on tape. Similar military activities were ongoing in other regions, he added. On his 'scopes he could track the tankers flying north into Canadian airspace.

Speaking before witnesses at WMWV on condition of strict anonymity, our "Deep Sky" source answered a series of yes/no questions I helped Brendt prepare when she contacted me.

After nearly three years on this case, I wanted to corroborate extremely high levels of aluminum [aluminium] powder found in samples of rainwater falling through thick sky plumes over Espanola, Ontario, in the spring of 1998.

The Espanola lab tests were conducted after residents began complaining to the provincial environment ministry. Severe headaches, chronic joint pain, dizziness, sudden extreme fatigue, acute asthma attacks and feverless "flu-like" symptoms over a 50-square-mile area coincided with what they termed "months of 'spraying'" by photo-identified US Air Force tanker planes.

The USAF denied the intrusions. But former Ontario Provincial Police Officer and Supreme Court expert witness Ted Simola reported lingering Xs and numerous white trails, some of which "just ended" as if they had been shut off but remained in the sky.

Another Espanola resident told me that mental confusion and short-term memory loss were so prevalent that forgetting where their cars were parked had become "a standing joke" in the tiny town.

On November 18, 1998, the people of Espanola petitioned Parliament. Addressing the Canadian government on their behalf, defence critic Gordon Earle explained:

"Over 500 residents of the Espanola area have signed a petition raising concern over possible government involvement in what appears to be aircraft emitting visible aerosols. They have found high traces of aluminum and quartz in particulate and rainwater samples.

"These concerns combined with associated respiratory ailments have led these Canadians to take action and seek clear answers from this government. The petitioners call upon Parliament to repeal any law that would permit the dispersal of military chaff or of any cloud-seeding substance whatsoever by domestic or foreign military aircraft without the informed consent of the citizens of Canada thus affected."

The Ministry of Defence eventually replied: "It's not us."

Which was true. While the US Air Force counts 650 four-engine KC-135 Stratotankers and 50 KC-10 Extenders in its active inventory, Canadian Forces do not fly armadas of tankers. But they do operate the biggest radar installation in Canada at CFB Comox on Vancouver Island, easily capable of tracking the American formations coming up from the south.

"Was the classified operation a radar experiment?" we asked Deep Sky.

"That wasn't what I was told."

Were ATC radars "enhanced or degraded", we wanted to know. The barium spread in exercises conducted out of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base acts as an electrolyte, enhancing conductivity of radar and radio waves. "Wright Pat" has also long been deeply engaged in HAARP's electromagnetic warfare program.



A SKY SHIELD TO COMBAT GLOBAL WARMING?

The puzzle pieces fell into place with Deep Sky's revelation that ATC radars were being "degraded" by tanker-released particles showing up as a "haze" on their screens. This radar characteristic matched the high concentrations of aluminum powder found along with a preponderance of quartz particles in Espanola's chemtrail-contaminated rainwater.

The tankers' aluminum powder emissions also matched the Welsbach patent. Issued in 1994 to the Hughes aerospace giant "for Reduction of Global Warming", the sky shield blueprint calls for dispensing microscopic particles of aluminum oxide and other reflective materials into the upper atmosphere to reflect one or two per cent of incoming sunlight. Computer simulations by Ken Caldeira at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory calculated that this would be enough to stop warming over 85 per cent of the planet, despite an anticipated doubling of carbon in the atmosphere within the next 50 years.

Lawrence Livermore priced the aerial spray program at US$1 billion dollars a year--a cheap fix to maintain massive petroleum profits in the face of Kyoto's internationally agreed carbon cutbacks.

Livermore's founder, Edward Teller, lobbied hard for another chance to play with planetary processes. At the 1998 International Seminar on Planetary Emergencies, the Father of the H-bomb presented his Next Big Idea. Having earlier pressed for detonating nuclear bombs to carve new harbours out of American coastlines, Teller now called for reflective chemicals to be spread like mirror-shades over the Earth. Or at least over allies who could agree in secret for this unprecedented geoengineering experiment to be carried out over their unsuspecting constituents.

In a draft report leaked to me soon after it appeared for peer review in May 2000, an expert panel chosen among 3,000 atmospheric scientists looked at Caldeira's computer simulations and agreed that Teller's scheme might work. But the IPCC warned against unpredictable upsets of the atmosphere, as well as against angry populaces reacting to "the associated whitening of the visual appearance of the sky".

Caldeira was so concerned he went public, warning that deflecting sunlight would further cool the stratosphere, concentrating icy clouds of ozone-gobbling CFCs that could destroy Earth's solar radiation shield.

Was the sky shield experiment already underway? Deep Sky hinted that it was.

Were the tankers involved in weather modification? Our FAA source hesitated before responding. "That approximates what I was told."

For the third interview we rephrased our key question. Were the tankers repeatedly observed on ATC radars involved in climate modification? I caught my breath as Deep Sky confirmed that this is what he was told was the object of the missions.

Here at last was our "smoking nuke" admission. After years of "airliner" double-speak, we could now corroborate Deep Sky's report of military aircraft dispensing reflective materials with an earlier report by a Canadian aviation official.

On December 8, 2000, Terry Stewart, the Manager for Planning and Environment at the Victoria International Airport, had broken this story wide open when he responded to a caller's complaint the previous day of Xs, circles and grids being woven over the British Columbia capitol. Leaving a message on an answering machine tape, later heard by more than 15 million radio listeners, the public servant explained: "It's a military exercise, US and Canadian Air Force exercise that's going on. They wouldn't give me any specifics on it."

Stewart added that he found the incident--one of hundreds reported over Canada's west coast since the fall of 1998--"very odd".

Tasked with defending Canadian airspace in the region, CFB Comox chose instead to defend a classified collaboration. "No military operation is taking place," the base information officer tersely told me when I called for details. But Stewart later told the Vancouver Courier that his information had come directly from CFB Comox.



CONTRAILS vs CHEMTRAILS

Across the strait from the island air base, a concerned mother of three children was noticing that people in Gibsons were coming down with ailments that coincided with constant chemtrail activity. Suzanne Smart's husband contracted asthma; their children were always sniffling and coughing. Smart ended up in the small coastal town's Emergency unit with a sore throat, "super-stiff" neck, pounding headache and ears "ringing like crazy". Even her teeth hurt.

It was all very nerve-wracking. Smart contacted a Transport Canada investigator who had noticed the jet trails too and was convinced it was normal contrail activity. Why he took special notice of normal contrails was not explained. But the TC official told Smart he hoped the Canadian equivalent of the FAA would be notified of any military exercises taking place.

On June 17, 2001, after photographing massive plumes over Gibsons, Smart checked with aviation authorities and found that no airline flight plans had been filed for that airspace at that time. Official weather data showed that when her photos of multiple white plumes were taken, the 30 per cent humidity at 30,000 and 35,000 feet was less than half that needed for contrails to form.

As NOAA meteorologist Thomas Schlatter explains, for even short-lived condensation trails to form, "we're talking temperatures lower than about minus 76 degrees Fahrenheit, and humidity at jet altitudes of 70 per cent or more".

Smart sent her findings to Transport Canada with a request for an explanation of how contrails could form when they couldn't. "It is my understanding," she wrote, "that the only way to form jet trails at yesterday's low humidity is to introduce very fine particulates into the atmosphere."

Smart's homework hit like hardball. According to the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colorado, the only way to form artificial clouds in warm dry air is to introduce enough particulates into the atmosphere to attract and accrete all available moisture into visible vapour. If repeated often enough, the resulting rainless haze can lead to drought.

Following standard procedure to ignore all evidence contradicting the official line, Transport Canada's Randy Phillips responded by advising Smart to check out the "urban legends" website ridiculing chemtrails.

Col. Walter Washbaugh, Chief of the Congressional Inquiry Division for the Secretary of the Air Force in Washington, DC, also calls chemtrails "a hoax". In an April 20, 2001, letter to a US senator, Washbaugh blamed the increased number of contrails on "significant civil aviation growth in the past decade".

He was right. A National Science Foundation study has found that, in certain heavy traffic corridors, artificial cloud cover has increased by as much as 20 per cent since the jet age took off. Dr Patrick Minnis, a CERES atmospheric researcher and ardent chemtrails critic at NASA's Langley Research Center, reports that cirrus cloud cover over the United States is up five per cent overall because particulates in engine exhaust are acting as cloud-forming nuclei. As the number of flights currently exceeds 15 million annually worldwide, the NSF, NASA and EPA predict artificial clouds will intensify as air travel continues climbing sharply.

What about chemtrails? Colonel Washbaugh ascribed widely reported grid patterns to overlapping aircraft flying north-south, east-west airways. The only thing wrong with this explanation, an air traffic controller told me in Texas, is that US airways do not run north-south.

The biggest laugh came when the colonel told the senator: "The Air Force is not conducting any weather modification and has no plans to do so in the future."

In fact, attempts to steer hurricanes by spraying heat-robbing chemicals in their paths began in the 1950s. The recipe for creating "cirrus shields" was outlined in an unusually arrogant US Air Force study. Subtitled "Owning the Weather by 2025", the 1996 report explained how "weather force specialists" were dispersing chemicals behind high-flying tanker aircraft in a process the air force calls "aerial obscuration".

Official denials reached new altitudes of absurdity when another colonel claimed: "The US Air Force does not conduct spraying operations over populated areas." USAF spokeswoman Margaret Gidding told a Spokane newspaper: "The Air Force doesn't do anything that emits anything other than a normal contrail, which is vapor."

So were their replies. Apparently Anderson and Gidding had forgotten how US Air Force spray planes crippled a country and a culture by dispensing over Vietnam thousands of tons of "Agent Orange" defoliants containing dioxin toxins as hazardous as plutonium.



SEEING IS BELIEVING?

In the end, it has proved impossible to continue skywriting giant billboards advertising government duplicity, while insisting they are not there. By the summer of 2001, the controversy entered a new phase. Pictures of contrails were being distributed to newspapers by the Associated Press, and "chemtrails" could be overheard in coffee shop conversations across an entire continent.

When it comes to chemtrails, seeing is disbelieving official disinformation. As public awareness grows, people like war veteran David Oglesby are looking up. The 11 fat plumes fanning out over his Coarsegold, California, home did it for Oglesby last June.

"The trails formed a grid pattern," he told WorldNetDaily News. "Some stretched from horizon to horizon. Some began abruptly, and others ended abruptly. They hung in the air for an extended period of time and gradually widened into wispy clouds resembling spider webs."

A retired US Air Force radar tech named Shimera called a colonel responsible for all military operations in central California. "What would you say if I said there are three aircraft up there right now?" Shimera asked. "Are they there?"

"No," the colonel replied. "They are not there."

The Houston study is not so easily dismissed. Mark Steadham was looking for contrails when he started observing the skies over this busy Texas hub last winter. Using FAA tracking software called Flight Explorer to identify each aircraft, Steadham clocked contrails trailing from Boeing, McDonnell-Douglas and Airbus airliners. All but two of these condensation trails sublimed into invisibility within five to 20 seconds; the only exceptions persisted for two and 25 minutes.

Flight Explorer does not show altitudes for military jets, but, according to the FAA, tankers and transports usually transit continental airspace at around 30,000 feet to ensure safe separation from airliners flying between 35,000 and 39,000 feet. Military "heavies" flying below 30,000 feet should not leave contrails at all. Major-General Gregory Barlow confirms that Air Force tankers do not perform refuelling missions at contrail-forming altitudes.

But Steadham found just the opposite in his study. While observing air traffic for 63 days, the Houston skywatcher found that thick white plumes laid by similar-sized military aircraft--at the same time, in the same airspace as 20-second airliner contrails--lingered for four to eight hours.



GLOBAL CHEMTRAIL REPORTS

Sightings of oddly lingering plumes sometimes resembling rocket trails are not confined to North American skies.

While on leave in Italy in the summer of 1999, the US Navy's Kitty Chastain sat on her hotel balcony and watched aerial grids being laid all day just offshore over the Bay of Naples. "People were coughing all over Naples," she wrote. On the bus ride in from the base, Chastain explained chemtrails to many sailors with hacking coughs.

On October 12 that same year, a Paris correspondent reported "...heavy activity from all directions, X upon X. The pilots here seem to like to play chicken; they fly right at each other and then one will swerve, their trails forming pitchforks and Xs." No contrails were being left by "normal planes" in the same skies. But the next day, planes flying over Paris "from all directions" obscured the sky with more Xs that continued into the evening.

In Spain on April 27, 2000, American tourist John Hendricks dashed off a quick email from El Café de Internet: "Were we surprised to see that the chemtrails are as bad here as they are anywhere, both in Mallorca and in Barcelona." He and his wife "took plenty of pictures" before noticing a postcard they'd bought captured a perfect chemtrail.

"Add Sweden to the list," a Swedish resident wrote after spotting eight to 10 parallel 'trails and contracting flu for the first time in years. Weather conditions at the time were not conducive to contrail formation. "I know the commercial routes, and we have a bunch of them, but not where these trails were."

Chemtrail activity has been reported in at least 14 allied nations including Australia, Belgium, Britain, Canada, France, Germany, Holland, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Scotland, Sweden and the United States. Croatian chemtrails began the day after that country joined NATO.



ATMOSPHERIC ORGANISMS

Many chemtrail observers note that chemtrails are often laid down at the leading edge of approaching frontal systems. While rare "sundogs" form ice-crystal circles around the Sun in advance of strong winds, much more common "chemdogs" create prismatic solar halos during stable weather.

More and more observers, like this Vancouver resident, wonder why "on the days of heavy spraying you will notice a rainbow around the Sun". Many more people who have been healthy all their lives wonder why they keep getting desperately sick whenever the chemplanes appear.

Unlike the refined aluminum in cooking utensils that is tenuously linked to Alzheimer's disease, aluminum oxide is as inert as sand and is not considered toxic.

But in a story headlined "Tiny particles can kill", the August 5, 2000, edition of New Scientist reported that "city-dwellers in Europe and the US are dying young because of microscopic particles in the air".

Looking at byproducts of hydrocarbon burning, a Harvard School of Public Health team determined particulates with a diameter less than 10 microns as being a serious threat to public health. (A human hair is about 100 microns across.) In 1987, US environmental regulations limited airborne concentrations of particles less than 10 microns in diameter.

But air pollution has grown worse. On April 21, 2001, the New York Times warned: "These microscopic motes are able to infiltrate the tiniest compartments in the lungs and pass readily into the bloodstream, and have been most strongly tied to illness and early death, particularly in people who are already susceptible to respiratory problems."

David Hawkins, a lawyer for the Natural Resources Defense Council, speaks for "about a quarter-million Americans who have died prematurely as result of fine-particle exposure".

That number may be boosted sharply by chemtrail spraying. On December 14, 2000, the New England Journal of Medicine reported that inhaling particulate matter of a size 10 microns or smaller leads to "a 5% increased death rate within 24 hours".

Teller's sunscreen calls for spraying 10 million tons of talcum-fine reflective particulates of 10 to 100 micron sizes.

Allergic reactions to airborne fallout do not explain the entire syndrome of chemtrail-related illness. Falling blood temperatures accompanying symptoms of intense yet feverless "flu" is a classic sign of chronic fungal infection. Blamed for a host of auto-immune dysfunction, from chronic fatigue to fibromyalgia and multiple sclerosis, the fungus within us also signals its presence in sharp joint pain, sudden extreme fatigue, sudden dizziness, mental confusion and short-term memory loss.

After nearly three years of intense investigation, I have found no proof that chemtrails constitute a deliberate biological attack. Research for my books on the Gulf biowar and earlier germ warfare experiments (Bringing The War Home; Scorched Earth) show that bio-attacks are conducted at low level and never in daylight, in order to avoid ultraviolet sterilisation of toxins.

The biohazards in chemtrails may be bad LUC. The "Law of Unintended Consequences" states that every human intervention creates unpredictable consequences. Chemtrails can cause drought by soaking up all available moisture, and drooping chemical curtains fall through vast colonies of UV-mutated bacteria, viruses and fungi living in the upper atmosphere. Could these malevolent micro-organisms be piggy-backing on the plumes?

A series of balloon flights made in the US during the 1960s collected startling stratospheric samples swarming with bacteria and fungi as well as viruses bigger than any known at the time.

If viruses fall from the sky, most would land in the sea. Dipping their beakers into coastal seawater, scientists found as many as 10 million large virus-like particles per quart. As one researcher said: "No one knows where they come from or what they do. Their size and shape match the virus-like particles found in the upper atmosphere."

Other life-forms, even tinier than bacteria, are also thriving in our atmosphere. The discoverer of nanobacteria, Dr Robert Folk, describes the most populous organisms on Earth as "dwarf forms of bacteria, about one-tenth the diameter and 1/1000th the volume of ordinary bacteria".

The Professor Emeritus at the University of Texas figures that these ultra-tiny bugs are "possibly an order of magnitude more abundant" than normal bacteria that swarm everywhere.

Since chemtrails are commonly spread over populated areas where temperature differentials are greatest and solar shading most needed, it is probable that particulate-laden plumes are precipitating airborne viruses, bacteria and fungi down into human lungs and respiratory systems unable to recognise or resist the alien invaders.

This possibility was further strengthened when Dr Folk chose a lightweight metal as a matrix to grow bugs too small to be seen by optical microscopes. Folk viewed under electronic magnification entire ecologies of swarming nanobac. The bacteria were feasting on (he called it "metabolising") aluminum.



PUBLIC CONCERN SPREADS

Are we worried yet? An August 2001 WorldNetDaily poll asked Americans: "Do you think 'chemtrails' are anything to worry about?" Forty-three per cent answered "Yes"; another 30 per cent wanted more information on chemtrails--a total 73 per cent of US respondents concerned about chemtrails.

As lawyers across the US discuss filing the "Mother of All Lawsuits" against Boeing, Bush and the US Air Force, their case now appears tight enough to force further disclosures. The last glaring evidential gap--photos of ground-based chemtrail operations--may soon be forthcoming.

What to do?

A British campaigner involved in another bid to reclaim individual sovereignty and local autonomy held out the best hope for change when she told a CBC radio interviewer: "The only way to get government to do anything is if enough people stand up and shout, 'This is ridiculous!'"

Stay tuned. With chemtrails confirmed as a military operation aimed at climate modification, the biggest trial is about to begin--in the court of public opinion.

Erminia Cassani deserves thanks and congratulations for her long and
sometimes personally perilous investigations into low-level air drops of
pathogen-bearing gel and red powder over suburban neighborhoods in
Ontario, and across the USA. Throughout her research I have kept our
confidentiality agreement on certain aspects of her work until she was
ready to publish her preliminary findings. It is time that we heard from
this key researcher, and I am glad she has come forward now.

After 19 months' investigation, I believe that the higher-level
'chemtrail' operation involving 700 US Air Force tanker planes and
some civilian airliners is separate, though possibly related to, the
splattering of lab-tested bacteria, molds and fungi over homes from
aircraft flying at tree-top level.

Even more disturbing are recently witnessed deliberate spray attacks on
some vocal aerial observers' headquarters and homes. Seen in the
context of earlier low-level attacks against William Wallace and his wife
Anne in the remote mountains of Washington state (after Wallace went
to the media insisting they cover chemtrails) - these attempts at
intimidation are serious acts of military aggression that prove that
something sensitive is indeed going on.

But what?

I concur with Cassani's conclusions that it makes zero sense for a
government torandomly sicken its entire citizenry with air-delivered
organisms. Nor are repeated attacks of self-replicating bio-agents
necessary. If continued, such overt bio-attacks could destroy the US
economy, while risking rebellion from an armed and angry populace.
More to the point: no disease-causing organisms have ever been found in
chemtrails.

While lab techs were startled and concerned by the biological organisms
and markers turning up in samples from low-level drops that left at least
one homeowner stricken with a heart attack, the molds and fungi that
turned up in the only tested sample of rainwater taken immediately after
heavy high-level chemtrail spraying were deemed by an independent
Ontario lab as entirely normal - 'with no one species predominating.'

CONTEMPLATING A CULL

What about an airborne 'cull' of the elderly and similar 'useless eaters'
burdening cash-strapped governments with their burgeoning needs for
subsistence and medical assistance? A little-publicized high-level summit
last January saw president Clinton (invited) and former heads and top
officials from Japan, Germany, the World Bank, security agencies and
major financial firms discussing the 'Impacts of Aging on Business'.
Corporate-controlled governments are extremely and increasingly
concerned about aging populations, which are seen as growing threats to
corporate bottom-lines.

Couple this concern with decades of documented US and British funding
and research into Nazi-copied 'eugenics' intended to selectively cull
unproductive resource consumers...and the high percentage of fatalities
among the elderly during two consecutive epidemics (1998-2000) of
deaths from Influenza-Like-Illness and related pneumonia and cardiac
arrest appear very sinister indeed.

Yet, why go to the expense and risk of blatantly spraying pathogens
from jets to get rid of older folks (he asks counting his own gray hairs)?
A less obvious and much cheaper course is to quietly encourage
euthanasia in hospitals across North America and Australia, where
doctors and nurses now admit that up to 40% of elderly patients are
being deliberately killed - without their consent, and in many cases
without any terminal ailment involved.

Another effective tactic is to scare people into lining up for
experimental vaccines often contaminated by pathgenic material. The
constant hyping of vaccines for the flu, migraines and meningitis
symptoms often seen in the wake of chemtrails is suspiciously
coincidental.

It is clear that, at the very least, heightened death rates among the
elderly caught under heavy aerial spraying are being viewed as
'acceptable collateral damage' to a program deemed essential to
national-corporate interests. For this reason, any official whistle-blower
who dares to come forward with verifiable documentation concerning
chemtrails will face legal repercussions that will make Daniel Elsberg's
long incarceration for exposing the fake Gulf of Tonkin 'attack' and
other Washington lies concerning Vietnam feel like a stay in a summer
spa.

Unless we rally to support and protect this brave soul.

FUNGUS AMONG US

Let's look closer at the illness rampant among our families and
communities. While the corporate-controlled media continue to bleat
about the 'flu', the CDC has consistently reported blood tests showing
that between 65% and 99% of acutely ill patients jamming emergency
rooms and clinics do not have the flu. Instead, officials with that
infectious disease-tracking agency have publicly attributed epidemic
death rates to an 'unknown pathogen.'

Now the CDC is reporting that this mystery killer is a 'parasite'. For
'parasite' read 'fungus'. Based on extensive research - including input
from experts on fungal symptoms and outbreaks - I fully concur with
Cassani that we are in the midst of a massive fungal invasion fueled by
warmer, wetter temperatures from a rapidly heating atmosphere.

The rapid extinction of amphibian 'canaries' confirms this - and should
sound an urgent warning. Chytrid fungus has just been implicated as a
probable cause of 50% amphibian die-offs in pristine areas around the
globe.

Fungus among us is no joke. The same mycotoxins present in the fungi
growing silently in many North American homes and offices have been
cultivated, air-dried and delivered to American soldiers in the warheads
of SCUD missiles by the world's most experienced proponents of
biological warfare - the Iraqi Chemical Corps. There is no difference
between biowar mycotoxins and domestic Stachybotrys (pronounced
Stack-ee-bot-ris) - an especially lethal black mold now proliferating
wildly across the USA.

FUNGAL INFECTION = CHEMTRAIL ILLNESS

Exposure to fungal infections leads to the same symptoms seen in
sufferers from Chemtrail-Related Illness (CRI). These include: acute
asthma and allergies, joint pain, headaches, bloody noses, abdominal
pain, gas and bloating, indigestion, heartburn, constipation, diarrhea,
gastritis extreme fatigue and severe headaches - as well as depression,
anxiety, sudden mood swings, lack of concentration, drowsiness,
lethargy, insomnia, memory loss, and 'spacey' light headedness.

In a recent survey among 179 patients reportedly suffering from
chemtrail-related illness, naturopathic Dr. Joseph Puleo found that fully
99% were found to have fungus in their blood.

JUST A TEST?

In regards to Erminia Cassani's hypothesis, why are certain
neighborhoods being hit with fungal 'cocktails'? These are obviously not
attempts to wipe out pot plantations grown in more remote areas with
killer fungi now being bred and tested for this purpose. Yet, fungal
outbreaks in suburban settings dire enough to require aerial intervention
with anti-fungi fungi would certainly be apparent to residents and local
media.

Most likely, these are tests. The low-level splattering of fungi-filled 'gel'
and red powder appears to be an outgrowth of potentially lethal 'open
air' biowarfare tests that have carried out on hundreds of US, Canadian
and British cities since 1949.

INFORMED CONSENT

Whatever the threat - or imagined threat - nobody I know has been
notified, or asked for their vote or opinion.

The entire issue of chemtrails and a concurrent low-level spray program
rests on informed consent. Regardless of what is going on - or why such
hazardous projects are deemed necessary by a silent, unseen elite - these
daily violations of the Nuremberg Principles constitute war crimes
against public citizens by their own elected government, and the military
hired and sworn to defend them.

SUNSCREEN

I believe that Erminia Cassani is also on the right track when she calls
chemtrails a solar shield. In recent weeks I have independently arrived
at a similar conclusion. Based on all available evidence, including:

* a call by Edward Teller for an aerial 'sunscreen' to reflect 1% of
incoming sunlight away from Earth in order to cool out-of-control
greenhouse warming...

* a study by the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory where
computer climate models showed this could be done at a cost of $1
billion a year...

* a patent issued to aerospace giant, Hughes Aircraft Company to spray
highly-reflective aluminum oxide aloft 'to reduce global warming'...

* falling local temperatures and greatly reduced UV radiation levels
measured under chemtrail overcasts...

my best guess is that the deliberate overcasts caused by repeated
chemtrail obscuration of 'blue sky days' is a desperate attempt to head
off the Superstorms, floods and droughts of global warming - without
reducing fossil fuel burning and harming the balance sheets of all
businesses enmeshed in a petroleum-powered economy.

Insurance companies bigger than Big Oil and the international arms
trade are being hammered by catastrophic storm losses caused by a
rapidly heating atmosphere. They are telling Washington, Whitehall,
Ottawa and other allied nations over which the spray planes are
appearing, to cool global warming - or else. If the big insurers go
down, so will the money markets in which they invest so heavily. And
so will the banks that back them.

Follow the money. It leads, in every case, to corporate interests - a tune
to which all governments must dance.

You can be certain that chemtrails are not being spread for your own
good. Whatever their intended purpose, which I now believe to be
atmospheric modification, this unprecedented aerial assault is further
amplifying wild weather swings - while sickening millions of people,
pets and other animals. And killing a significant number of elderly,
along with others made vulnerable by weakened immunity.

CHEMTRAIL RAIN SAMPLES ANALYZED

The sole disease-causing agents we know to be found in chemtrails come
from rainwater samples tested at an independent lab by the Ontario
Ministry of Environment following heavy chemtrail spraying over
Espanola, Ontario.

* The filament strands of radar-reflecting 'chaff' (used to track
dispersal) is highly toxic and can lead to severe allergic reactions.

* The mica and carbon black used by the US Air Force to form
rainclouds is also toxic if inhaled.

* But the principle component of the tested Ontario sample was found to
be aluminum - at seven-times government safe levels. High enough, said
the lab, 'to kill fish'.

The aluminum called for the Welsbach patent issued to Hughes Aircraft
for atmospheric modification was intended to be put into the fuel of jet
airliners. If it is added to the plane's auxiliary fuel tanks, chemtrails will
appear only at cruising altitudes after the flight crew switches to aux
tanks. Switching to main tanks for take-off and landing will leave no
chemtrail clues close to the ground. (Disturbing videotape showing an
MD-80 commercial airliner laying a distinctive chemtrail is included in
my definitive documentary video, 'CHEMTRAILS - MYSTERY LINES
IN THE SKY' due for release in July, 2000.)

Similarly, tanker aircraft observed switching sprays on and off are
probably switching fuel tanks.

According to a former engineer for Alcoa, aluminum oxide in the size
ranges called for in the sunscreen patent, would polish jet turbine blades
without harming them. These compounds would form brilliant white
plumes in the sky.

But the engineer warned that metallic particles intended to remain aloft
for a year could settle quickly to the ground. High levels of aluminum
have been blood-tested in CRI sufferers in Toronto and Vancouver. I
now urge that more chemtrail patients insist on being screened for
aluminum poisoning.

ALUMINUM POISONING = CHEMTRAIL ILLNESS

Among other signs, medical text symptomology states that aluminum
toxicity 'can lead to gastrointestinal disturbances, headaches,
forgetfulness, speech disturbances, memory loss, weak, aching muscles.'

By preventing nerve impulses from being correctly carried to and from
the brain, this potent neurotoxin also causes 'dizziness, impaired
coordination and a loss of balance and energy.'

Whether a chemtrail or commercial flight, it is possible and even
probable that pseudomonas (which dines on fuel) and various molds and
fungi routinely grow inside cavernous aircraft fuel tanks - to rain down
on everyone along these flight paths, along with dozens of other toxic
benzene derivatives. Aluminum and other sprayed compounds can also
serve as a matrix for fungal growth that may be activated rather than
attenuated by increased UV levels at spray altitude.

CORPORATE COMPLICITY AND THE NEW WORLD ORDER

Anyone worried that the New World Order is about to enslave us all
needs a reality check. We are already virtually enslaved by giant
corporations whose control of extremely sophisticated media
mesmerization techniques has turned most citizens into somnambulists
who refuse even to look up at what is taking place right over their
heads.

Fear of 'terrorist attack' is manufacturing consent to dangerous and
illegal abrogation of constitutionally guaranteed freedoms, while the
threat of unemployment is being used very effectively to silence debate
and dissent.

Meanwhile, the fully documented cynical importation of banned
narcotics by CIA aircraft to finance covert operations, and the
widespread sale of other soporifics keeps an increasingly edgy public
pacified.

In this mockery of democracy, no one ever gets to vote for the few
folks really calling the shots. Instead, we are treated to flag-waving
distractions by a military-industrial-entertainment complex that must
continue to manufacture threats requiring ever-increasing expenditures
on weapons whose deployment threaten us all. (Ask a sick Gulf War
veteran how she or he feels they've been treated for serving their
country and the word they most often use is 'treason'.)

As the first journalist to break the chemtrails story back in January,
1999, I have stayed with this frustrating and often infuriating
investigation knowing that its answers will ultimately go far beyond
aerial spraying to address the fundamental democratic issues of public
consent and political accountability. The hour is very late for people
everywhere to reclaim control over their destinies and daily lives - as
well as the future freedom and well-being of our children.

But there is still time. And because they are so blatantly and consistently
in our face, chemtrails could be that catalyst.

'COBWEB' COMPLEXITIES

Again, my deepest thanks to Erminia Cassani for her unstinting work on
the low-level attacks against North Americans. While so many others
ought to be included on this roster of gratitude, Jeff Rense deserves
special notice for his support and regular web updates on this issue.
Clifford Carnicom must also singled out for his web-published
investigations into cobweb-like filaments found draped over mountain
forests, oil rigs, porches, powerlines, highways and police cruisers
across the USA.

The presence of human blood cells on these artificial filaments cannot be
explained as 'weather control'. They do, however, match the findings by
a hospital lab tech of similar human cells on gel-material splattered over
Oakville, Washington in August, 1994.

WHAT WE CAN SAY

In late June, 2000 we can say with certainty that an unprecedented aerial
spray campaign high over at least 13 allied nations is causing serious
illness and fatalities on the ground, while interfering with local cloud
cover and weather patterns. Whatever their original intent, once the
perpetrators of both high- and low-level spraying know that high
numbers of sick, dying and dead people follow in the wake these
missions - all further spray flights become deliberate attacks.

After nearly two years of dogged research by some very dedicated
people, we now have some answers to the chemtrail conundrum.

At the very least - without any suppositions or allegations - chemtrails
captured on thousands of photographs and seeming miles of videotape
constitute a severe air qualtiy and public health threat that must be
thoroughly investigated by respective responsible agencies.

Dangerous flying by formations of heavy aircraft over populated areas
also contravenes many flight regulations - requiring a response from the
FAA better than "flights from Japan," "flights from Russia," and
"delayed Christmas traffic".

No matter how heartfelt and courageous, anonymous emails from
'mechanics', 'managers' and 'pilots' aren't enough. Despite the penalties
for breaching 'National Security' laws, we can only pray that a
'whistle-blower' brave enough to come forward will soon present
verifiable evidence of what is really going on. While the US Supreme
Court has ruled that the commands of military commanders supersede
even civilian law, the Military Code of Justice still stipulates that
carrying out illegal orders is...illegal.

Most of all, we need these high- and low level aerial attacks to cease
while we are informed of their purpose and decide as sovereign citizens
how best to proceed in light of whatever threats - or elite agenda -
presents itself.

It does not take evil intent to result in evil consequences.

And killing a significant number of elderly, along with others made vulnerable by weakened immunity.<<

I'd like to reiterate Will's observation that NO SOLDIER (and therefore also no civilian) is required to obey any order from a military commander (or any other government official) which is "illegal" or "treasonous".

Further, by doing so (or even merely continuing to do so in the face of mounting evidence), one may be implying personal "consent" of said orders, and therefore might themselves be held accountable as a result.

Permissible Medical Experiments
The great weight of the evidence before us is to the effect that certain types of medical experiments on human beings, when kept within reasonably well-defined bounds, conform to the ethics of the medical profession generally. The protagonists of the practice of human experimentation justify their views on the basis that such experiments yield results for the good of society that are unprocurable by other methods or means of study. All agree, however, that certain basic principles must be observed in order to satisfy moral, ethical and legal concepts:
1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.

This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.

The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.

2. The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.

3. The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other problem under study that the anticipated results will justify the performance of the experiment.

4. The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.

5. No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.

6. The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.

7. Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability, or death.

8. The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.

9. During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.

10. During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probably cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgment required of him that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.

Of the ten principles which have been enumerated our judicial concern, of course, is with those requirements which are purely legal in nature--or which at least are so clearly related to matters legal that they assist us in determining criminal culpability and punishment. To go beyond that point would lead us into a field that would be beyond our sphere of competence. However, the point need not be labored. We find from the evidence that in the medical experiments which have been proved, these ten principles were much more frequently honored in their breach than in their observance. Many of the concentration camp inmates who were the victims of these atrocities were citizens of countries other than the German Reich. They were non-German nationals, including Jews and "asocial persons", both prisoners of war and civilians, who had been imprisoned and forced to submit to these tortures and barbarities without so much as a semblance of trial. In every single instance appearing in the record, subjects were used who did not consent to the experiments; indeed, as to some of the experiments, it is not even contended by the defendants that the subjects occupied the status of volunteers. In no case was the experimental subject at liberty of his own free choice to withdraw from any experiment. In many cases experiments were performed by unqualified persons; were conducted at random for no adequate scientific reason, and under revolting physical conditions. All of the experiments were conducted with unnecessary suffering and injury and but very little, if any, precautions were taken to protect or safeguard the human subjects from the possibilities of injury, disability, or death. In every one of the experiments the subjects experienced extreme pain or torture, and in most of them they suffered permanent injury, mutilation, or death, either as a direct result of the experiments or because of lack of adequate follow-up care.

Obviously all of these experiments involving brutalities, tortures, disabling injury, and death were performed in complete disregard of international conventions, the laws and customs of war, the general principles of criminal law as derived from the criminal laws of all civilized nations, and Control Council Law No. 10. Manifestly human experiments under such conditions are contrary to "the principles of the law of nations as they result from the usages established among civilized peoples, from the laws of humanity, and from the dictates of public conscience."

Whether any of the defendants in the dock are guilty of these atrocities is, of course, another question.

Under the Anglo-Saxon system of jurisprudence every defendant in a criminal case is presumed to be innocent of an offense charged until the prosecution, by competent, credible proof, has shown his guilt to the exclusion of every reasonable doubt. And this presumption abides with the defendant through each stage of his trial until such degree of proof has been adduced. A "reasonable doubt" as the name implies is one conformable to reason--a doubt which a reasonable man would entertain. Stated differently, it is that state of a case which, after a full and complete comparison and consideration of all the evidence, would leave an unbiased, unprejudiced, reflective person, charged with the responsibility for decision, in the state of mind that he could not say that he felt an abiding conviction amounting to a moral certainty of the truth of the charge.

If any of the defendants are to be found guilty under counts two or three of the indictment it must be because the evidence has shown beyond a reasonable doubt that such defendant, without regard to nationality or the capacity in which he acted, participated as a principal in, accessory to, ordered, abetted, took a consenting part in, or was connected with plans or enterprises involving the commission of at least some of the medical experiments and other atrocities which are the subject matter of these counts. Under no other circumstances may he be convicted.

Before examining the evidence to which we must look in order to determine individual culpability, a brief statement concerning some of the official agencies of the German Government and Nazi Party which will be referred to in this judgment seems desirable.

Mold and fungus proliferation is not something anyone can or would dispute. Many health effects do come from these things which are common in homes, soils, and air conditioned buildings...but not from contrails, high above the earth. Indeed, low level spraying of crops is used to avoid using chemicals which are banned. Exchanging one bad thing for another? Maybe. Fusillarium Oxysporum is a damaging fungus which I have mentioned before, that is attacking plants which have stringy stems, not excluding watermelons, sunflower, or types of vines. While the Dept. of Agriculture is trying to control and eliminate this fungus, another branch of gov't is intentionally spraying it to eliminate illegal marijuana growth. Big conspiracy? No. Bad management? Definitely. Is it a common problem in a bureaucracy that is way too big? Yup.

It only took you kookies what, a week of posting various "anonymous" sources "unnamed officials", and "senior officers" to get it. I'm just soooo impressed. And a little quick googling and reveals that the correct name for the Victoria, BC airport is indeed "Victoria International Airport" and that Terry Stewart is indeed the airport's security (not environmental, but he could have been transfered in the past few years) director.

(Of course, all the other sources listed are the same-old, same-old anonymous unverifiable business. What can one expect? This is a post by a chemtrails kook, after all. But the actual listing of a verifiable source is a remarkable accomplishment for a kookie and does deserve acknowledgment as such.)

Reread that quote. Stewart simply acknowledged the existence of a joint US/Canadian military exercise that was causing military jets to fly in certain patterns, and that the exact specifics of the exercise weren't disclosed to him. Period. Nothing was said about the contents of those trails. Nothing was said to imply they contain anything other than water and other jet-fuel combustion products.

Will Thomas either needs to deal with his pathological lying problem, or he needs to seriously improve his reading comprehension skills.

The scientist claims that the two most common substances being sprayed into chemtrails are aluminum oxide and barium stearate. When you see planes flying back and forth marking parallel lines, X-patterns and grids in a clear sky, that's aluminum oxide, according to the scientist.

HR2977 is creating a 'buzz in the Air Traffic Control community. Introduced last October 2001 by Ohio Rep. Dennis Kucinich, this bill called for the peaceful uses of space, and a ban on 'exotic weapons' . Section 7 of the 'Space Preservation Act of 2001' sought specifically to prohibit 'chemtrails' .

Kucinich recently told the Columbus Alive newspaper (Jan. 24, 2002) that despite official denials, as head of the Armed Services oversight committee he is well acquainted with chemtrail projects. "The truth is there's an entire program in the Department of Defense - 'Vision for 2020' - that's developing these weapons, Kucinich told reporter Bob Fitrakis. According to NASA and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, contrails can only form at temperatures below minus 76 degrees, and humidity levels of 70 percent or more. Even in ideal conditions, contrails rarely last more than 20 minutes.

Controllers across the United States know from their professional training that these chemicals fall to the ground. Without exception they expressed their concern to Deep Sky about possible risks to human health, "They want to know what the heck is in there," S.T. Brendt reported. "One of them said, 'Aluminum or barium' that's not something you want to be breathing." . . .the controllers have been told that the troubling aerial operations involve 'climate experiments'.

FAA Official Confirms Ongoing East Coast 'Military Operation': An FAA official in charge of air traffic control over the northeastern United States has confirmed an ongoing military operation in America's skies. In an exclusive taped interview with freelance radio reporter S. T. Brendt, the Air Traffic Control (ATC) manager said he was told on as many as four occasions in March, 2001 to re-route commercial air traffic around military aircraft taking part in an undisclosed aerial operation over the northeastern seaboard. . . .classified nature of military operations repeatedly conducted at altitudes between 37,000 and 40,000 feet. While air traffic controllers normally ignore air traffic above 10,000 feet, the ATC manager said he was ordered to divert incoming European air traffic away from the military planes. When asked why, he said, "I was told there was a military exercise in the area. Of course, they wouldn't give me any of the particulars." FAA disclosure came on March 12, 2001.

Lou Aubuchont confirmed Brendt's count, noting that during his stint in U.S. Navy intelligence he had never seen a military exercise of such magnitude.

Computer simulations by Ken Caldeira at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory calculated that this would be enough to stop warming over 85 per cent of the planet, despite an anticipated doubling of carbon in the atmosphere within the next 50 years.

Lawrence Livermore priced the aerial spray program at US$1 billion dollars a year--a cheap fix to maintain massive petroleum profits in the face of Kyoto's internationally agreed carbon cutbacks.

IPCC warned against unpredictable upsets of the atmosphere, as well as against angry populaces reacting to "the associated whitening of the visual appearance of the sky".

Caldeira was so concerned he went public, warning that deflecting sunlight would further cool the stratosphere, concentrating icy clouds of ozone-gobbling CFCs that could destroy Earth's solar radiation shield.

Were the tankers involved in weather modification? Our FAA source hesitated before responding. "That approximates what I was told."

For the third interview we rephrased our key question. Were the tankers repeatedly observed on ATC radars involved in climate modification? I caught my breath as Deep Sky confirmed that this is what he was told was the object of the missions.

December 8, 2000, Terry Stewart, the Manager for Planning and Environment at the Victoria International Airport, had broken this story wide open when he responded to a caller's complaint the previous day of Xs, circles and grids being woven over the British Columbia capitol. Leaving a message on an answering machine tape, later HEARD BY MORE THAN 15 MILLION RADIO LISTENERS, the public servant explained: "It's a military exercise, US and Canadian Air Force exercise that's going on. They wouldn't give me any specifics on it."

According to the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colorado, the only way to form artificial clouds in warm dry air is to introduce enough particulates into the atmosphere to attract and accrete all available moisture into visible vapour. If repeated often enough, the resulting rainless haze can lead to drought.

Colonel Washbaugh ascribed widely reported grid patterns to overlapping aircraft flying north-south, east-west airways. The only thing wrong with this explanation, an air traffic controller told me in Texas, is that US airways do not run north-south.

The recipe for creating "cirrus shields" was outlined in an unusually arrogant US Air Force study. Subtitled "Owning the Weather by 2025", the 1996 report explained how "weather force specialists" were dispersing chemicals behind high-flying tanker aircraft in a process the air force calls "aerial obscuration".

Official denials reached new altitudes of absurdity when another colonel claimed: "The US Air Force does not conduct spraying operations over populated areas." USAF spokeswoman Margaret Gidding told a Spokane newspaper: "The Air Force doesn't do anything that emits anything other than a normal contrail, which is vapor." So were their replies. Apparently Anderson and Gidding had forgotten how US Air Force spray planes crippled a country and a culture by dispensing over Vietnam thousands of tons of "Agent Orange" defoliants containing dioxin toxins as hazardous as plutonium.

By the summer of 2001, the controversy entered a new phase. Pictures of contrails were being distributed to newspapers by the Associated Press.

retired US Air Force radar tech named Shimera called a colonel responsible for all military operations in central California. "What would you say if I said there are three aircraft up there right now?" Shimera asked. "Are they there?" "No," the colonel replied. "They are not there."

FAA tracking software called Flight Explorer identifies each aircraft. Using this software, Steadham clocked contrails trailing from Boeing, McDonnell-Douglas and Airbus airliners. All but two of these condensation trails sublimed into invisibility within five to 20 seconds; the only exceptions persisted for two and 25 minutes. Military "heavies" flying below 30,000 feet should not leave contrails at all. Major-General Gregory Barlow confirms that Air Force tankers do not perform refuelling missions at contrail-forming altitudes. But Steadham found just the opposite in his study. While observing air traffic for 63 days, the Houston skywatcher found that thick white plumes laid by similar-sized military aircraft--at the same time, in the same airspace as 20-second airliner contrails--lingered for four to eight hours.

Italy in the summer of 1999, the US Navy's Kitty Chastain sat on her hotel balcony and watched aerial grids being laid all day just offshore over the Bay of Naples. "People were coughing all over Naples," she wrote. On the bus ride in from the base, Chastain explained chemtrails to many sailors with hacking coughs.

On October 12 that same year, a Paris correspondent reported "...heavy activity from all directions, X upon X. The pilots here seem to like to play chicken; they fly right at each other and then one will swerve, their trails forming pitchforks and Xs." No contrails were being left by "normal planes" in the same skies. But the next day, planes flying over Paris "from all directions" obscured the sky with more Xs that continued into the evening.

In Spain on April 27, 2000, American tourist John Hendricks dashed off a quick email from El Café de Internet: "Were we surprised to see that the chemtrails are as bad here as they are anywhere, both in Mallorca and in Barcelona."

"Add Sweden to the list," a Swedish resident wrote after spotting eight to 10 parallel 'trails and contracting flu for the first time in years. Weather conditions at the time were not conducive to contrail formation. "I know the commercial routes, and we have a bunch of them, but not where these trails were."

Chemtrail activity has been reported in at least 14 allied nations including Australia, Belgium, Britain, Canada, France, Germany, Holland, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Scotland, Sweden and the United States.

Dr Folk chose a lightweight metal as a matrix to grow bugs too small to be seen by optical microscopes. Folk viewed under electronic magnification entire ecologies of swarming nanobac. The bacteria were feasting on (he called it "metabolising") aluminum.

I was at a Lyme disease Rally in New york City a couple of years ago. I happened to meet up with another rally attendee who was with his wife. They saw my poster which I guess indicated that I was aware of certain govt. coverups. Anyway, somehow the subject of chemtrails came up and seeing as how i always have an album of chemphotos with me, I was showing them to him.

He knew what I was talking about and said that he had worked for different govt. agencies, including the CIA, concerning EMF transmission.

I mentioned that chemtrails probably contained aluminum particles. He thought for a second and said, you know, aluminum particles would make an excellent medium for reflecting holograms in the sky. I will never forget that.
