"Giuliani, al Quaeda didn't do it."Thanks to OK-correspondent Michael P Wright, i learned about a story from a heckler, who interrupted former NY Mayor Rudi Giuliani last week in Oklahoma. One month ago, rumors began to emerge that Bush would dump Cheney as vice-president and pick up Giuliani as his running-mate. Some weeks ago, i stated, that i'm getting in scandals about the Bush Regime, every 3 hours. I have to correct this now. It's every hour. It's unbelievable, how fast new scandals are distracting from each other. This week, four (!!) pending probes against Dick Cheney's former company, Halliburton, made news again. Halliburton is probed for their overpricing scam, by the Pentagon, by the Kuwaiti Government and probably soon by the US State Department, as requested by Henry Waxman, currently most active in very important issues ("Altering Science Report", "Bin Laden Flights" and "Halliburton"). This led not only to new outrage by San Francisco's mayor Gavin Newsom, but "Hollywood" responded with an already, long time-planned, protest lesbian wedding by Rosie O'Donnell. More to come from New York State. On Thursday, some Dem Netizens found out, that Bush might have no success with his plan. There was even no time to celebrate the release of whistleblower Katherine Gun, when we suddenly learned, that also apparently Kofi Annan (UN), Hans Blix and Richard Butler were bugged by Intel Members. However, Kofi Annan seems to be manipulated by some globalists. He caved in after a request about an investigation. Now UK Times (*reg) reported, that Tony Blair apparently received "snippets of the French president's private conversations". The question is still open: "Speak up Kofi: What's that about spies?" On the "Spying On the UN", also a new article by Jason Leopold: "In January 2002, Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz, one of the major architects of the war in Iraq, in an unusual move, asked the Central Intelligence agency to investigate the performance of Swedish diplomat and former UN Weapons Inspector Hans Blix" Then we had the never-ending scandals of the whitewash "Sep12th"-commission. First, House-Speaker Dennis Hastert "blocked" an extension of this panel. Then, 9/11 Family Members Bill Harvey and Kristen Breitwieser responded with an OPEd at NY Daily News and the 9/11 Family Member Committee released an action alert. Some excerpts: The FSC believes that all ten Commissioners should have full access to the PDB's. The FSC continues to firmly maintain that the Commission's deadline should be extended to January 10, 2005. Maintain all public hearings with high-ranking officials under oath. Fully access all information, documents, and testimony needed from the Executive Branch. The FSC maintains that this Commission and its investigation into the 9/11 attacks must not be held hostage by politics. The FSC is still waiting on answers of their question lists from 2003 and 2004. During last week, even Aaron Brown on CNN, called the refusal to extend the time unconscionable. However, i recognised a slight anti-bush touch on CNN lately. On Thursday, the Senate Intelligence Committee voted against Hastert. They approved a two-month extension. On Friday, Hastert released a new statement, announcing, that he agreed to give the panel an extra two months to finish its report. . Ellis Henican from Newsday wrote his opinion about Hasterts U-Turn. Let's wait and see, what happens next. This week, the CIA also had to confirm, that they had data about the hijacker-suspects since 1999. Maureen Dowd of NY Times, responded with an editorial about Tenet's explanation of their pre-911 data: "Sorry, right number" "The Germans gave us a name, Marwan that's it" and a phone number," the director of central intelligence replied, adding: "They didn't give us a first and a last name until after 9/11, with then additional data." For crying out loud. As one guy I know put it: "I've tracked down women across the country with a lot less information than that." But this wasn't even news. Generally discredited as "conspiracy talk", the "Marwan information" was already contained in the Joint Inquiry of Congress' Final Classified Report that was released in December 2002. The 9/11 Family Members are aware of this. As they correctly stated this week, "it's on the top of page 186 of the report. The information was kept classified for obvious reasons, namely it makes the CIA's story that the terrorists caught them flat-footed--a big fat lie." In 1999, as german magazine DER STERN already reported last year, CIA officer Thomas Volz, tried to hire Marmoun Darkanzali, a business contact of Mohammad Atta, as an informant. The CIA also had possession of two other phone numbers: Attas apartment and a close relative of hijacker suspect Khaled Al-Midhar. Meanwhile, there was another disturbing follow-up report on al-Midhar: The D.C.-based parent company of Riggs National Bank has been subpoenaed by lawyers representing the victims of the 9/11 attack. The attorneys say they want to know whether Riggs may have helped facilitate the transfer of millions of dollars in funds to the hijackers. As 9/11 Researcher Allan Duncan correctly pointed out, Riggs Bank was the bank that Princess Haifa used to send money to San Diego that ended up in the hands of Khalid Almidhar and Nawaf Alhazmi. The guy behind these transfers was Omar Al Bayoumi.(CNN reported already in 2002). More disturbing, the President and CEO of Riggs Bank is George Bush's uncle, Yale graduate Jonathan Bush. Sean C. Fallon, Managing Director, held an eighteen month internship with Lockheed Martin's global telecommunication satellite division. There is already a competing queue of all these "scandals" (even the word "scandal" or "gate" makes no sense anymore). What happened with monday's, last weeks, ermm whenever scandal, Traitorgate, AWOLGate, Iraq Inquiry etc... I wonder, which NeoCon-PR guy has to coordinate all this? Ray McGovern (ex-CIA) prefers to call the NeoCons "neo-fascists, because that's what they are. And what these neo-fascists did was see 911 as a golden opportunity." McGovern repeated this week his explanation, why George Tenet is still head of the CIA: "...George Tenet no doubt has a little computer disc with the 27 or so warnings that he gave the president starting in spring and going right up until September 2001" ...The president and his advisors in the White House, knowing this, didn't dismiss Tenet after 911 because it was too much of a risk. Were they to have dismissed Tenet on September 12, they could not have been sure that he wouldn't have said, ?Wait a second. Let me print off some of these warnings. Last week, i reported about the South Korean Carlyle-Koram Bank connection and the deal by CitiGroup. Now WP reported, that Carlyle sold its $302 million stake to Citigroup. "That recent decision also ended Carlyle's association with another prominent world figure, former Philippine president Fidel Ramos." WP also reported, that "Carlyle is reportedly discussing buying telephone lines in Hawaii from Verizon Communications Inc." The head of Carlyle's telecommunications group, James A. Attwood Jr., is a former Verizon executive. These new Consumer-Business Ventures of Carlyle are headed by Leslie L. Armitage, 35, who is not related to Richard L. Smelled for me more like: "get used to this scenario, guys!" Wasn't the nickname of this guy behind the Pentagon Report, Yoda ("Andrew Marshall, a legendary DOD figure")? Too obvious for me, including the follow-up statement from the Pentagon- they even didn't show any outrage about this "leak" at all. Time to check out a classic paper from last century (August 1996): Owning the Weather in 2025. Better save also this list of "students" from the "AIR UNIVERSITY". "A major hurricane, a nuclear accident, and a nuclear detonation (all simulated, all occurring in Texas)", was part of this scenario. "...The nuclear detonation scenario simulated killing 300 and affecting nearly 1,000 residents in a town of only 3,700 people. According to Croft, this is the first time the Department of Homeland Security and USNORTHCOM have included a nuclear detonation in an exercise. Since most exercise activities are being simulated, residents in the exercise areas will not see troop movements, hear flying aircraft, or see and hear emergency vehicles responding to accident sites. The one exception will be in Alaska where Coast Guard vessels actually will be visible in the water. But there won't be "any big bangs or anything like that," said Coast Guard Lt. Brad Wilson. He said the general public would see little activity...." Now we know, what we have to expect. The forthcoming "election" is already more than a fix for me, it's a damn red herring. Woody Box' final version of his article on the oddities about two different gates for Flight 11 is done. It will premiere next week on 911Review. I helped a little bit with some additional stuff, but the main props are going definetely to Woody. I think, his article is groundbreaking regarding the possibilty, that the "hijacked planes" were part of an inside job ("Piggy Back"), covered up by a wargame. What do we know about these wargames or gamereality-syncs yet? 1) Prof. John Arquilla, an information warfare and Special Operations expert at the Naval Postgraduate School, told The Monterey Herald in July 2002: "The idea of such an attack (like 9-11) was well known. It had been wargamed as a possibility in exercises before Sept. 11 2001." 2) Already in in August 1990, General Norman Schwarzkopf, confirmed that a "wargame" was underway, when Iraq invaded Kuwait. 3) Right around September 11, two US Aircraft carrier task forces conveniently arrived in the Persian Gulf right at the same time on "rotation." Obviously, preplanned. 4) On September 11th, the US "Bright Star" operation was going on in Egypt. 5) Sept. 11 was also Day II of "Vigilant Guardian," an exercise that would pose an imaginary crisis to North American Air Defense outposts nationwide. "It must be part of the exercise," Lt. Col. Dawne Deskins thought on the day of the attack. 6) Another wargame, called "Northern Guardian" took place on Sep11th, probably combined with "Vigilant Guardian" 7) The US NRO (National Reconnaissance Office), which operates spy satellites, was conducting a simulation of a plane crash into the headquarters (near Dulles Airport in Virginia) of the CIA. This was planned for 1 PM on that day. 8) Already in June 2001, a BioTerror Drill took place, named DARK WINTER (Pt. 2 of TOPOFF/2000). Among the participants: PNAC-supporter James Woolsey (ex-CIA) and Jerome Hauer (of Kroll Associates, ex-SAIC and ex-OEM New York), who later organised a security job for ex-FBI anti-terror chief John O'Neill: In the Twin Towers, where O'Neill died. The whole story of O'Neill never turned into a mainstream hero story or TV doku drama. Why? 9) Also, already on Jan. 22, 2000, the same James Woolsey, participated in a CFR Project run, as a war-game simulation at its Manhattan headquarters. In fact the first medical personnel at the pentagon scene on September 11th, came mostly from the Army's TriCare clinic on the ground level of the Pentagon's North. Here are two representative examples: DynCorp In 1998, Dr. Joe Furman of DynCorp, supported a workshop on "Medical Surveillance" regarding possible bio attacks. Booz, Allen, Hamilton Another company, run by James Woolsey. Booz has their offices worldwide, from Boston (John D. Harris) to Amsterdam (Peter Mensing). BAH also works closely with DARPA. James R. Clapper, another BAH-employee, is also head of NIMA (National Imagery and Mapping Agency), a project of the NRO (National Reconnaissance Office), which develops new satellite capabilities (A NRO payload launched into space on September 8, 2001). Other side notes: On September 10, 2001, the Departement of Transportation (DOT) released a rapport of the vulnerabilities of the GPS, due to interferences. On September 11th, CNN released at 7:19 AM, only 2 hours before the first "hijacks", a Pentagon confirmation, that Iraq's anti-aircraft forces shot down a $3.2 million RQ-1B Predator unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). Interestingly Booz, Allen, & Hamilton is also client for Blessed Relief, the charity said to be a front for Osama Bin Laden. Booz had lost 3 employees in the Pentagon : Gerald Fisher, Terence Lynch, and Ernest Willcher. They had apparently to work for the government on Trailblazer 1, a NSA-system required to spy communications. Another side note: Scott Powell and Edmond Young, members of BTG Inc, died in the Pentagon too. Only 9 days later, BTG was then aquired by Titan Corp., another satellite- and security system specialist. It was also Titan, who provided their disinfection systems to Post Offices in October 2001, after anthrax was discovered in mailings to members of Congress and journalists. Obviously VERY specialised, only 12 weeks after Sep11th, another scenario posed to 75 government and healthcare professionals in a wargame, was conducted on December 17th and 18th, 2001, in Washington DC, sponsored by BoozAllen Hamilton and the Council for Excellence. Among other private military contractors, who are specialised or participating in terror drills are: Lockheed Martin Corp., Boeing Company, Inc., Raytheon Company Inc., General Dynamics (Falls Church, center of many Bin Laden Family activities and the official Sep11th hijackers), Northrop Grumman, Litton Industries, Inc., TRW Inc, SAIC, The Carlyle Group, Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC), Marconi PLC or Honeywell Int'l, Inc./Allied Signal (also a former sponsor of John Kerry). Other international, interesting PMCs, to keep an eye on: ArmorGroup Services, Ltd., Betac Corporation, Control Risks Group, Cubic Corporation, Globe Risks Holding, Hart Group, Logicon, Mitre Corp, Panasec, Rubicon, Task International, Vinnell, Wackenhut, WatchGuard International. Why does the Pentagon claim, they were not prepared for Sep11th? Why do they still cover-up Sep11th with "incompetence"? In my 9/11 WIKI-encyclopedia , i count even many more terror drills, crisis simulations or other wargames, between 1998 and 2001. Another interesting article this week: "Soldier for the Truth" by Marc Cooper, in LA Weekly. This article contains also an interview with retired Colonel Karen Kwiatkowski (GFP reported in August 2003). Kwiatkowski, retired USAF lieutenant colonel, worked at the Defense Department's office for Near East South Asia (NESA). A whistleblower soft, she's writing since last year, about what she saw and knew about Douglas Feith, William Luti, Lewis Scooter Libby, Abram Shulsky and the other NeoCon Hawks, who planned the war against Iraq, with the Office of Special Plans: "They pushed an agenda on Iraq, and they developed pretty sophisticated propaganda lines which were fed throughout government, to the Congress, and even internally to the Pentagon" From the Interview: L.A. WEEKLY: What was the relationship between NESA and the now-notorious Office of Special Plans, the group set up by Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld and Vice President Cheney? Was the OSP, in reality, an intelligence operation to act as counter to the CIA? KAREN KWIATKOWSKI: The NESA office includes the Iraq desk, as well as the desks of the rest of the region. It is under Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Bill Luti. When I joined them, in May 2002, the Iraq desk was there. We shared the same space, and we were all part of the same general group. At that time it was expanding. Contractors and employees were coming though it wasnt clear what they were doing. In August of 2002, the expanded Iraq desk found new spaces and moved into them. It was told to us that this was now to be known as the Office of Special Plans..."
