URGENT: HLS Primate Transportation Information Just Leaked:

The monkeys will be shipped in fifteen 30 x 20 x 20 crates. The name of the trucking company is "Unique Carriers.?

TAKE ACTION: Operation Intercept!

Step 1:
Join thousands of animal rights activists across the country in a ?compassion enforcement? sting (screw law enforcement ? when has that ever helped animals.) For the next 48 hours we must bombard the HLS employee in charge of receiving the primates with phone calls, emails, and faxes ? clogging up her means of communications.

Stephanie Leto is the Primate Products contact at Huntingdon Life Sciences. She is the Adolf Eichmann of vivisection ? making sure the transportation runs smoothly bringing millions of animals to their demise. Her details:

Stephanie Leto:
Phone: 732-873-2550 ext. 2490
Fax: 732-873-3992
Email:  letos@princeton.huntingdon.com

Step 2:
Send Primate Products a very important message ? ?Coulston?!

Primate Products is a company specializing in selling primates and primate restraints to labs across the US. Much like the dreaded Coulston Foundation, it uses and abuses animals that share 98% of the same genetic make-up as you and I. Also like Coulston ? it is a company whose name is mud amongst compassionate people everywhere and will see it sink in history much like Coulston did this last year as it closed down.

There is no reason to be respectful in dialogue with these bastards. They posses no shred of humanity and deserve our worst. Remind them of the fires that ripped apart Coulston bringing it to financial ruin or about the HLS Primate importation trucks in the UK that were burnt to a crisp impeding their efforts. Let them know we are rooting for the ALF and hope they haven?t forgotten these important addresses:

Primate Products:

PO Box 1588

Emails:

 ptlc@primateproducts.com

Phone: 650-529-0419 and 305-471-9557
Fax: 650-851-1763 and 305-471-8983

Step 3:
THERE IS NO INJUCTION COVERING THE TRUCK CARRYING THE ANIMALS!

The Unique Carriers truck carrying the monkeys is traveling from Florida to New Jersey right now. It may seem trying to locate this truck would be like trying to find a needle in a haystack ? but certain routes can easily be estimated, especially as it gets closer to HLS.

There are no restrictions on how far away activists have to remain from this truck or its driver, and there are no reasons why activists all across the East Coast should not try to impede its progress. Check  http://www.shacamerica.net daily for updates on the campaign to CLOSE HLS!!

Maybe better get this checked out 27.Feb.2004 16:09

Uh......... I think you need some serious legal advice because this MIGHT be a trap.

Do they NEED an injunction? This isn't a truck making a local delivery but one engaged in "interstate". It's been a real long time since picket lines in my youth but I seem to remember something about VERY different rules applying to blocking trucks engaged in making "local" deliveries" and blocking any engaged in "interstate transport". You really need to consult a legal advisor with experience in this area.

LOOK -- this is NOT intended to be tellimg anybody what to do or not do -- that's up to your own conscience and judgement. All I am saying is that you need to consider if there is a "set up" going on (intentionally not getting an injunction so as not to warm you away and then boom, Federal charges under the "interfering with interstate commerce" laws.
