HARASSMENT BY HELICOPTER: TACTICS TO FOIL THEM

Get a paintball gun, and mark the bird with a bright color, though this marking will only be temporary.

Better yet, use a heavy rubber baloon, filled with REAL indelible, oil-based paint and use a slingshot to mark the bird.

We would also use a rifle, like an AK-47, with a starlight scope (my favorite) converted to a flare gun and shoot a flare up into the sky. When they see THAT thing, they take off like a bat out of hell !
Thank you for presenting this research. To my knowledge, it is accurate. I am not a scientist and technology is NOT my area of expertise. However, I have done years of research into these technologies, even in my limited understanding, in an attempt to know more about what was happening to me and my family, as it had been USED on us, both inside the black ops, and on the "outside".

The technology includes using "carrier waves" and utilizing scanning equipment which can identify the "frequency signature" of an individual which is far more unique than a fingerprint or retina scan.

I do know that the gov has the frequency signature of all their own operatives, as well as their primary targets. I have spoken about this at length in my public lectures and on radio, but have not written much about it.

I had been a target of harassment by helicopter for many years, even before I finally broke out of the CIA's black ops in 1994.

And yes, these birds hover SO LOW over the roof that the house shakes. As for the timing ? The bad guys would deploy them ALWAYS after I had done something they did not like, or when they knew I was ABOUT to do something to threaten their agenda.

During a three year period when I was doing UFO field research At a black ops base in Pine Bush, NY, 1993-1996, they deployed helicopters to fly over my home in Milford , CT. I lived in a neighborhood right on the beach of Long Island Sound, Long Island being on the other side of the water.

Also, I'm sure Rayelan remembers what happened to her the first time she and I ever spoke on the phone, about 1999, I believe it was. Two black helicopters, one at a time, came and hovered over her home. I HEARD them over the phone line and they were LOUD.

This helicopter harassment has also happened to other friends of mine, usually it started as soon as I met a new friend or someone made contact with me in connection with my work in exposing corruption and coverups.

In one case, a helicopter was sent to harass a private investigator and surveillance expert who was working with me in Pine Bush to collect documentation of military black ops. They sent a bird to hover right outside his condominium, at window level, in Stamford, CT.

This was after a SWAT team, who broke down the door of his home, while his wife was home alone, claiming that they were there for a 911 "suicide" call ( a totally contrived story) had failed to intimidate him and stop him from working with me.

When people have asked me what they can do about this, here are some suggestions I have made:

1: Go outside and look right at them, to show them you are not intimidated.

2: Have a camera ready and loaded with film, and take some snapshots of them.

3: Call the FAA and report the incident each time it happens. They may do NOTHING; however there will be a record of your complaint on file, which may later be used for evidence, at least that you made a report.

Now, as for me and my colleagues, we've taken it a few steps further in a "trench warfare" mode. Let me make it clear that I am NOT advising anyone to do these things, though none of them are illegal in nature.

Another fun thing is to be wearing combat fatigues when you go out to confront these bast*rds. What I do is put on full camouflage, including blacking my face. An easy way to do this is to take the cork from a wine bottle, light one end with a match and blow it out. Then just rub the charcoal over your face. It washes right off and is actually GOOD for your skin !

Again, I am NOT advising anyone to do ANY of these things, just to make myself clear.

But remember this: THEY are the criminals, using helicopters to spy and harass, violating YOUR SPACE, YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS and FAA regs.

what???

Wouldn't any black ops helicopter fire at anyone pointing an AK-47 at them? It seems risky

very skeptical

This post sounds pretty sketchy to me. I would not trust anyone who posts on indymedia saying you should use machine guns to fire anything at a government helicopter, while dressed in fatigues, and you'll get away with it. I don't think so!

Go outside and look right at them 19.Nov.2003 19:49

This seems to be the best advice on here. If someone in a helicopter is going to take you out, you might as well be looking them in the eye when they do it.

No, don't you see?! 19.Nov.2003 20:45

clamydia

The government KNOWS EVERYTHING!!!! They KNOW you only have paintballs in the automatic weapon you are aiming at them, so they won't shoot you!!!!

Nice disinfo post! Two thumbs up. 19.Nov.2003 21:18

The Bishop

The all-caps was a particularly nice touch. Maybe if the author (bored Freeper, no doubt) of the post makes a few all-caps references to UFOs and foilhats this will serve to dissaude the casual observer from giving credence to the other news links.

A clumsy attempt at provocation and disinformation.

All of the usual elements are there- meaningless technobabble, post hoc reasoning, confirmation bias, basic paranoia mixed with popular tinfoil hat memes.

Most likely the author is sincere, technically ignorant and somewhat nuts. I wouldn't accuse her of making a disinfo post, when stuff just like this is plastered all over kook boards every day. Adding paranoia to paranoia isn't going to accomplish any good purpose.

sick and tired

I have been going through the same harassment with the helicopters. This is illegal, and needs to be put to a stop. The people operating these helicopters should lose their jobs. I have contacted everybody in the legal system about this and I get the run around and it happens again, only a house away or two, or they may say "well,it's in route to this function or that function". That is a bunch of horse ship. There is no reason to be right over my house, several times in a month.

I have seen other people's comments about how victims are going crazy, skitzo, and all that other b.s. It's probably the helicopter guy or his fellow harrassers. This is a problem and it needs to stop. I think this needs to be addressed on the news or talk show, or a website formed for victims to get together.

Sorry fellow Helicopter Harassers, a badge is to protect and serve, and not to harass. Then, people wonder why there is so much crime or anger towards certain agencies. I have to be careful here as my supervised comments may get me another swoop or two over my house.
