Woman Who Filed Sex
Suit Against Bush Dead

Woman who filed sexual assault lawsuit against bush confirmed dead, cause of death listed as "gunshot wound to head"...

I finally got some confirmation from an obit in the Houston Chronicle that Margie Schoedinger, the woman who filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Bush last year, died in September.

I called the Harris County Medical Examiner's office, which lists her cause of death as a "gunshot wound to the head" and "suicide." Anyone versed in CIA/Mafia lingo knows that "suicide" sometimes means "murder" or at least carries with it some pressure to commit suicide by outside parties, such as those against whom that person has filed a lawsuit. I'm not yet saying this is a murder - you draw your own conclusion.

When I talked to Schoedinger in July she sounded in good health. She was only 38. It's another weird tragedy surrounding the Bush administration - and this one has received NO mention from the media.

Here is the info and link from the paper:

Here are the two stories about the lawsuit which were widely circulated on the net:

I took a look at "Rense.com" and would consider it about as credible as the Weekly World News. This guy is definitely out on the tinfoil-hat fringe.

Anybody can file a lawsuit about anything, I suppose. Merely filing a lawsuit doesn't mean there's anything to the claim, as Faux News recently found when they sued Al Franken.

Back in the glory days of rabid Clinton-hating, the extreme right was circulating lists of people the Clintons had supposedly had murdered. It was a total crock. Nothing will be gained by making up lists of people Bush has supposedly had murdered. Besides, it's unnecessary. His horrible record speaks for itself. He can be brought down by sticking to established, well-documented facts.

This is pure speculation, but it's quite possible that the woman who filed the suit may have been more than a few fries shy of a Happy Meal. Famous people of all stripes are often targets of lawsuits that are totally without merit. Much as i dislike Bush, I just can't see him involved in some kind of sex scandal. Heck, it's hard enough to imagine him having sex with Laura.

I'd imagine that filing such a suit would make the woman a target of a campaign of harrassment. I know J.H. Hatfield, author of the anti-Bush book "Fortunate Son," was subjected to harrassment. It probably contributed to his suicide.

The fight against Bush and his cohorts is a serious one. Nothing less than the future of this country as a free nation is at stake. We would do well to avoid publicizing far out speculation and leave that to Rense and his ilk.

JUST MAYBE??????? 11.Nov.2003 22:02

not legal beagle, but legal pup

There was some reporting when the lady filed the suit. As I recall, she'd been an employee of the Governor's Office for
the State of Texas in some temporary capacity. Apparently, as I recall, Bush being the Govenor, happened to be walk-
ing by her work station one day and being the smart ass he is, made some off-color crack that could be construed as
"sexual harassment". In the State of Texas, apparently there is wordage in the law that allows for the term "assault" in
the filing of Civil Suits, which is what the suit was, in lieu of the word "harassment"! Why? I can't tell ya that! There was
a shorter statute of limitations for criminal charges, which obviously wouldn't have gotten anywhere. The statute of lims
for Civil matters apparently is much longer. This what she availed herself of. As I recall, it wasn't necessarily a "tin foil
hat" suit by any means, though surely there was political motivations. But, who are we to say? Now, we'll never know
for sure! (unless George fess's up and tells...which I don't anticipate!)

It's Bush-43's entourage that will deal with any situations, not Dubya! 12.Nov.2003 04:15

The Bush Administration gives a better view of who's running things, including the Cabinet.
Also, George W. is the son of ex-CIA George H.W. Bush, a yes-man as head of the spy organization but one who is involved with running things covertly.
If Shrub has any problems with the public or the press, the Bush Administration will do its work.
I would include Poppy (Bush-41) as part of the support team.
When Bush-41 was involved with Jennifer Fitzgerald nothing came out of it. It could have erupted in a Clinton/Lewinsky scandal, but the establishment didn't run with it. Perhaps not tasty enough.

Here's something for the conspiracy theorist: On the morning of 9-11-01, Bush, Sr. was at the White House but George, Jr. was in Florida and when his support team hears of the attacks, he flies WEST on Air Force One.
It's true but I haven't found an answer.

Instead of commenting on the known facts, Mr. Moby chose to attack RENSE.COM, the sourse of the news article involving G.W. Bush, and a woman who claimed that he sexually assaulted her. There is plenty of information available that would lead one to believe that Bush 43 doesn't even prefer the female gender, but I am not about to attack the sourse of those stories without a thorough check of the facts. Would Mr. Moby attack RENSE.COM for running several stories concerning Bill Clinton, or ENRON? Moby forgets about freedom of speech, although he chooses to exert his on us! The female accuser of Mr. Bush is now deceased, and all Moby can think of in his phony diatribe about disliking the President is that the source of the story is RENSE.COM. Mr Moby is clearly a "shill" for the neo-cons, and does a poor job hiding it!

I have been a frequent visitor of RENSE.COM for a while now, and it's objective and cutting edge. Jeff Rense is always well ahead of the curve, something that Moby isn't accustomed to. He is mesmerized by the elite owners of our media empires! Mr. Moby is trying to shoot the messenger, and how neurotic is that? Moby, you are now exposed for the moron that you are.
