5 minutes for the Buffalo

From: "S. Gregerson, BFC Development Coordinator"

Date: Mon, 10 Nov 2003
Greetings!
As you might have heard - Rep. Maurice Hinchey (D-NY) and Rep.
Charles Bass (R-NH) introduced a bill in DC last week that could
benefit the last wild buffalo of Yellowstone. It is called the
Yellowstone Buffalo Preservation Act. Text and info for it can be
found at
 http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/D?c108:1:./temp/~c10854kywy::

I would like to implore you to take 5 minutes of your time and let
your Representative know how you feel about the buffalo. My Rep
Denny Rehberg from Montana has already stated he will not support
this Bill and so I thought that the least I could do was encourage
others to speak out.

I know your schedule is busy but if you could take 5 minutes - I
would truly appreciate it.
Thanks so much,
For the Buffalo,
Su

PS In case you are not sure who your rep is - you can find out at

thanks!!! for sharing this with your friends and family!
