A satellite feed from the Whitehouse the night of the beginning of the Iraq War was picked up and broadcast in Europe, before Bush began his speech, and before he knew he was on the air. Here is a video file of part of that broadcast. It shows Bush goofing off and acting very nonchalant, apparently unconcerned that he's just set into motion acts that will cause many many people to die.

well, it was just another business decision, and george was feeling good because it was lookin' good for him. dick was also pretty happy, as he was in the best position to take advantage of this new bushco aquisition. what we see here are some very excited and anxious men who were rubbing their hands and counting the seconds until they could watch their bank accounts begin to grow. although not shown on this video, soon after george was done, dick and george gave each other high fives, said "ka ching baby!", and ordered up some budweiser from the kitchen.
