Chief Arvol Looking Horse, Lakota Elder and Keeper of the White Buffalo Calf Pipe was scheduled to speak at the ceremonies. He is unable to attend.

The potluck diner from 5-7 P.M. is at the Picnic Shelter on the hill at Peace Arch Park
with Speaker Carrie Dann, Western Shoshone.

Caravan from Seattle - Assemble 8 AM at 23rd and Jackson, Promenade Plaza, leave at 8:30 AM
