A Sit-In protest at City Hall that began at 12pm Friday is growing rapidly, according to a caller from the patio and sidewalk on the 4th Avenue side of the building. At 12:45 pm, over 70 people had gathered there to protest a new enforcement regime of Portland's despised 'Obstructions as Nuisance', or 'Sit-Lie', law. [ read more ] Peace Campers, Alan Graf, Code Pink and many other people are exercising the right to assemble in front of City Hall. They have been issued a warning.
